    I have had the pleasure of working with Webware for close to a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the on-going process, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Abhi is our account manager and we could not be happier with his knowledge and expertise. He is super attentive and great with following up and keeping on top of tasks.

    I have been working very well with Webware through MJ an amazing program manager for our account. We have had but fantastic experiences when we catch upon what is new and what else we have been missing and not taking advantage of. I wouldn't change a thing at this time.

    I can't say enough positive things about Webware! They have been such a pleasure to deal with and they have tools available for me to use to make my job easier when it comes to marketing. They took our old website along with some new content I provided and designed our new website which looks clean, fresh, modern and correctly and efficiently tells the public who the company is and what we do. They asked me to review the final design and gave me opportunities to make changes before it launched. Anytime I have a question, their live chat window gives prompt fast and efficient answers along with having a designated account manager, MJ that phones me twice a month to review things, offer suggestions, and answer any new questions that may come up. I can reach out to her or other support people at Webware anytime that suites me and they are fast to respond. I am saving hundreds of dollars in marketing administration costs, with their monthly package fee. Obviously, I am very happy to have found them.

    **** ** *** ***** ******** * **** **** ***** **** ** ** **** after 2 years giving them the benefit of the doubt at $1000 for business building expertise, which is often non existent. So first of all when I signed up with them for a one year contract in Canada, they did not tell me that I would be paying in USA dollars. You would assume it would be Canadian dollars considering the company was operating in Ontario. A lot of them need to get some ******* *** communication courses because they do not understand this language very well *** **** ****** * **** *********** **** ********** ***** ******* **** ***** there were many many things that went wrong in this business including spelling my name wrong in newsletters and on my website which they saw on numerous correspondence . I already had a website which they said they would polish it up and make it look more professional so I would be on the first page of ******. They transferred some things on my website but not the most important which was my contacts. So nobody knew how to find me. They offered me in their package free calendly to book appts but, I decided to upgrade to the paid version of it because of its benefits, but they didn’t know how to transfer that so they got their robots to send me messages on a regular basis by the way. A lot of artificial intelligence and robots run this company and the people that run it are often just ** *********** as some of the robots. They lack compassion for their customers who have spent a lot of time, trying to build a business and trust they are the professionals. ***They locked me into a contract with advertising the last three months of being with them and will not give me back a penny for all the mistakes that resulted in people not being able to contact or interact with me. The purpose of a website is recognition and communication with people on the worldwide web so that they can connect with you. *** **** ** *** ***** **** *****  *** ***** ******* ********

    I found this company’s ad on ****** and thought they could help me creating a new website. They have collected $399 for the past 4 months and haven’t started my website. I have reached out by phone a handful of times since I was stuck on some questions because their system to gather information about your business is web based. I even sent in a website inquiry asking for a manager last week marking it Urgent. I haven’t been able to speak to someone regarding my dissatisfaction *** **** ****** * ******** ****** ****** ** *** ** * ***** *** * ******** **** *** ***** ** *** ********** *** *** ***** ***** ****** ** ***** ***** *** ***** ********* *** ** ******* Since they haven’t started anything regarding my website and are difficult to reach, I am 100% done with this company.!!! ***** ** ** *** **** *** ******* **** *************  I want my money back so I can move on!

    I saw a sponsored ad on ********* which stated:
    "Does your website feel dead? Does it even show up on the first page of ******? Did you even get a new client on your website this month? The answer is no. Then you have an overpriced business card that I can turn into a money making machine. I've helped over 5,000 businesses increase revenue simply by improving their digital presence. Our team of experts in website design, SEO, and content creation are going to make your phone ring. I get it. I've been burned by some of those overpriced talkers that try and sell me the things and if you don't believe my words, book a call and I'll show you the proof. I've been running a business for over 8 years with over 3,500 active business owners as clients and we deliver on our promises. Click the link below and bring back your website from the dead."
    I booked a meeting and enrolled in their program with the max package. based on the conversation I had with the sales person , I felt confident that I would see positive results and I would be getting a return on my monthly investment of $1000. the sales person told me that I would not have to place any ads with ****** or ******** to get clients. to date no clients, my phone is not ringing. looks like I have an over priced business card *** ******* **** **** **** ******** I've addressed my displeasure with my assigned account manager and He stated that webware.i.o. is not a lead generating company and I would have to rearrange my package to do some social media ads to generate clients. this is not what I signed up for or was promised.
    your sales people should be upfront with prospective clients.
    ********** I'm waiting for you to deliver on your promises as stated in your ad.
    if your can't deliver on your promises, release me from your ********* early termination ****** and I will be on my way to find a company that delivers on their promises.

    please refund me for the ineffective over priced website that does not show up on ****** as promised. please refund all monies paid into the max package. in 5 months you have not provided me with any evidence that you know how to make a clients phone ring or how to increase their revenue.     The salesman sold me on a website that he promised will be done in a month or two, without me having to pay more than the initial payment of 1000-2000$ CDN. I made the payment, completed the steps (input) for the site but the site was not completed and did not show up on the first page of google as promised.
    I am extremely unhappy with the false promises made by the sales guy and how much money I spent to have nothing done.
    I want my money back please.
