      Excellent service from ****. This was the fourth plumber I dealt with on this issue and the only one who found a solution! **** was professional, patient and kept me informed every step on the way. I highly recommend.

      Really appreciate the wonderful work done by ******, ****** and ****** (yes there were two of them ?? ) in getting some much needed repairs and replacements around the house that we had been putting off for a while. Options and costs were explained for each item during the inspection before we went ahead.

      Todays visit was to replace a leaky faucet. **** was terrific and explained everything he had to do. He recommended replacing a pipe that was very loose and I agreed to that recommendation. Im extremely satisfied with the end result. He even discovered two toothbrushes that had accidentally gone down the drain and now the sink is emptying much better as well. I would highly recommend John The Plumber and would use them again anytime.

      ******* responded to our emergency immediately on his way home at the end of the day and helped us out in a totally straightforward and honest way. Found the problem and gave us options. Exactly what we needed. Thanks so much!

      Had difficult to source leak & had 2 visits by **** who was extremely friendly professional, informative, courteous & prompt.While ultimately unable to source the leak , he seemed genuinely concerned that he had been unable to do so & offered advice on possible further investigations, roof vents etc..I would recommend his service unreservedly.

      Despite the online booking not working for me I still had a plumber round at my preferred time (I didnt get a confirmation so called and they fixed everything and treated booking as an online reservation). Plumber arrive on schedule (he called beforehand too), listened to what I needed done and got to work and everything is fixed now. Would definitely use John the plumber again.

      Prompt, polite, and thorough service. The plumber diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and also drove to the store to get a new part to finish the job that day.

      Stay away! They may provide good plumbing service, but I had a horrible time with their accounting department. They forgot to invoice us for the remainder of two invoices dating back to 2022 and THREE YEARS LATER came back looking for their money! We had no idea we even owed them! Obviously I paid the debt, but I was completely disenchanted with the company.
