      John The Plumber service was excellent. Needed help write away for my main stack and they came the same day. They came back the next day and did a great clean up. They were very honest and showed me the problem . I would like to thank ***** ******* ****** and **** for the great service.

      Received excellent and thorough emergency plumbing service from ******* today. He explained (and showed) the cause of the leak, provided options, and then completed the work efficiently. He followed up with some sound advice. Very satisfied.

      We had our kitchen faucet repaired in March, a new cartridge was installed, and it had just started dripping again. ******* came out within a couple of hours and replaced the cartridge again just in case it was a faulty one. It could have also been the faucet sensor so we will have to wait and see but we did appreciate ******* replacing the cartridge just in case. If it starts dripping again we will have a new faucet installed and will definitely request ******* to come and install it.

      My experience with John The Plumber was excellent. I had a very stuck drain and called their local office. I was able to book an appoinment that suited my schedule. The plumber arrived on time, called prior to arriving, and was very professional. Straight to the point diagnosis and fair price quote given the situation. **** did an excellent job, used professional tools, and was able to clear a clog nearly forty feet out from the stuck drain. I am very grateful for the quality of service I recieved. I would recommend that if you are unable to solve a difficult plumbing problem, it is worth investing in a pro.

      **** was very professional and personable, and very quickly was able to fix my an issue with my toilet. Not only did he fix my immediate issue, but also mentioned a longer term issue with my toilet that may need to be addressed in future (it would be a much more extensive job that would've impacted the flooring). I appreciated the honesty. I would recommend ****!

      **** went above and beyond to solve our problem with our bathtub downspout as well as solve an issue with our toilet and answer some questions about our problem kitchen faucet. Because of his professionalism and eagerness to help solve any plumbing issue, we will be moving forward to have the kitchen faucet replaced by him and will for sure be sticking with this company!

      Cartridge replacement shower Crispin attend our home and was polite and on time. We had called as the shower in the basement was no longer working. I was told on the phone there is a $79 charge to diagnosis the problem and this amount would be deducted if we decided to move forward with the quote. Upon inspection my wife was advised that the cartridge needed to be changed it would be $299 plus the cost of the cartridge, which we paid. ******* stated he didn't know the price of the cartridge but it could be up to $700. Later that day, I received a second quote for $650. I looked up the cost on line and the price of a cartridge was between $18.98 to $100. I contacted the company who had the plumber, ******* call to explain the quote. I was advised the replacement cartridge was $171 and the remaining amount was for labor. I looked up on ******* and to replace the cartridge is roughly a ***** minute job. The total job would have been $950 to replace a cartridge. I did not move forward with the second quote. I ordered the cartridge from ****** for $68 and installed it myself which took about 10 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will never use their services in the future. I needed to replace my hot water heater and was going to purchase it from this company but due to my experience I decided to go with another vendor.
