      Did not live up to sales promises. I was told they would spray in the walls to kill any ants. That never happened. They treated an ant hill that remains full of ants. And I was told I could cancel at any time without issue. I see this is definitely not the case. AND you can easily go buy the stuff yourself and do it at a fraction of the cost. Not happy at all. Steer clear.

Please be advised that even in the best of circumstances, pests will always exist! Our services aim to control pest populations and prevent the manifestation of infestations within your home. We understand the frustration caused by the unpredictability of nature, but that's why we offer such generous warranty programs to come back and retreat at no extra cost for up to 3 months between regular services!Most importantly, we'd like to clarify that all customers ARE able to cancel at ANY time - however, there are applicable penalties to terminate services while within the initial term of service, as is standard for most annual subscription services. We understand life happens though, and we're always more than willing to open a discussion about how to make accommodations in the event that you decide that our services are not meeting your household needs.

      Didn't live up to promises and then there was a cancellation charge over $200. Would not do business with them again.

      I was very impressed by ******'s visit to ** last week. He was genuinely interested in what we had to ask him on worrying about our pets etc. and explained in detail how the mouse boxes worked and that we wouldn't have to worry about their safety.He honestly went above and beyond the call of duty with his assurances and consequently, the work done for us.Thank you ************************* & *************************

      Door salesman came to sell the service to my neighborhood and offered a deal for quarterly service and said I could cancel at anytime but to sign up now while there was still a spot. What they did not tell me was that there would be a $200 closing cost for canceling. The service was okay. the specialist was super nice and professional but all they do is lay ant traps and spray their pesticides. I can do that myself. Only reason I signed up was because we were having a bad ant and hornet problem with all the rain. it was the worst weve seen it in the years we have lived here so thought the timing was right to try. I was planning to cancel after first service but then found out about closing cost. Not happy. We just had a baby and my wife is not working so we cant afford to pay either the closing cost or the service and they said there is nothing they can do.

From your comments, it seems that you did receive and review the agreement before making your decision, which we appreciate.
      At times, sales conversations can become overly focused on certain aspects of the program, causing other important details to be overlooked, and for that, we apologize. Many of our long-term customers have signed up through similar sales interactions at their front door and continue to trust us with their pest control needs year after year.

      The salespeople are focused on one thing only and thats to get you to sign the contract. They did not explain their cancellation policy completely. In fact said you can cancel anytime. They failed to mention theres a hefty fee if you cancel. Also in our case the product made no difference whatsoever Then they use the excuse it takes over two applications to become effective. What the heck? By that time youre into July or August and most bugs are gone. What a scam. Zero stars for me.

      Not satisfactory . ******** made promises the company could not keep. Salesmen hired from **** & not aware or just making promises he KNEW were wrong to make a sale !! Promised the technician would spray my attic. But on initial visit, tech said not something they do. Also said his weight plus weight of the equipment was too much for the ladder & would be liability for the company if he fell on ladder or fell through the attic flooring !! Tech overweight !!! Unbelievable that this company would hire salesperson from **** to make don't to door sales with out proper knowledge of company policies !!! I asked tech to leave. I no longer wanted their service. Within minutes, he returned with a local office manager on his cell phone. She stated he could go up the ladder & just spray around from the top of the steps . I was furious by then & told her I no longer wanted their service & wanted to speak to the owner.

      I found the service excellent. The agent was very knowledgeable about the type of pest and their behaviours. He ensured that any possible entrance was dealt with and recommended what areas needs fixing. I feel my home is now secure. I wish I had called them earlier.
