I signed 1 year contract with them, for 4 services.
That ended. Today i received email, welcome back, and that they are happy that i renewed contract. Nobody contacted me and i did not ask for new contract. They are sending person tomorrow and i am afraid they will charge me for service because they have my credit card on fileInsight Pest Solutions

Please note that the program you initially enrolled in is a year-long service consisting of four seasonal treatments. As outlined in the agreement, the program is designed to continue beyond the initial term unless we receive a cancellation request. This allows us to maintain consistent protection throughout the year, which is essential for the effectiveness of the service.
We strive to ensure all customers clearly understand the terms of the program before starting, including sending the service agreement promptly for review. Our goal is to make every interaction smooth, transparent, and positive.
We understand that some customers may not require the full program after the initial commitment. The good news is that once the initial one-year term is completed, the service transitions to a seasonal basis with no additional long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time with proper notice.

5 starsFor years I had mice in my house. Could never figure out how they got in. It took the techs at insight about 6 months to totally stop mice from getting in my house. Over the years I have been with them ,they have been very courteous and diligent and not only cured my mouse problem but no longer have spiders or ants to deal with. During my most recent visit from insight tech *********************** some of my dogs bones were accidentally sprayed. He went to the local pet food store and purchased new ones . 1 starDid not live up to sales promises. I was told they would spray in the walls to kill any ants. That never happened. They treated an ant hill that remains full of ants. And I was told I could cancel at any time without issue. I see this is definitely not the case. AND you can easily go buy the stuff yourself and do it at a fraction of the cost. Not happy at all. Please be advised that even in the best of circumstances, pests will always exist! Our services aim to control pest populations and prevent the manifestation of infestations within your home. We understand the frustration caused by the unpredictability of nature, but that's why we offer such generous warranty programs to come back and retreat at no extra cost for up to 3 months between regular services!Most importantly, we'd like to clarify that all customers ARE able to cancel at ANY time - however, there are applicable penalties to terminate services while within the initial term of service, as is standard for most annual subscription services. 1 starDoor salesman came to sell the service to my neighborhood and offered a deal for quarterly service and said I could cancel at anytime but to sign up now while there was still a spot. What they did not tell me was that there would be a $200 closing cost for canceling. The service was okay. the specialist was super nice and professional but all they do is lay ant traps and spray their pesticides. I can do that myself. Only reason I signed up was because we were having a bad ant and hornet problem with all the rain. it was the worst weve seen it in the years we have lived here so thought the timing was right to try. I was planning to cancel after first service but then found out about closing cost. Not happy. We just had a baby and my wife is not working so we cant afford to pay either the closing cost or the service and they said there is nothing they can do.Insight Pest Solutions

1 starThe salespeople are focused on one thing only and thats to get you to sign the contract. They did not explain their cancellation policy completely. In fact said you can cancel anytime. They failed to mention theres a hefty fee if you cancel. Also in our case the product made no difference whatsoever Then they use the excuse it takes over two applications to become effective. What the heck? By that time youre into July or August and most bugs are gone. What a scam. Zero stars for me.Insight Pest Solutions

1 starThis business is a scam - ******************* came to my door saying names I had never heard claiming to be your neighbors he signed up (they didn't) and wouldn't let me read what I was signing (made sure sun was right on ipad) and then wouldn't send me the contract immediately citing technical issues etc. He promised over and over that I was just signing that it WASN'T a contract and for single use only but when I get the email with the contract (thank goodness I read it) it says I signed a 1 year contract and have 3 days to get out of it. I did contact them and told them what a dirty business this was (they didn't seem to care) and they cancelled it (after sending me message saying I was going to be charged cancellation fee but I think this truly was a mistake). Would highly recommend steering clear of them altogether as looks like I am not the only one who has had this happen to them (but seems like I had the best outcome).Insight Pest Solutions

We want all of our customers to completely understand what they are signing on for prior to engaging services, including ensuring that the service agreement is emailed promptly for review. It does sound, by your comment, that you were able to receive the agreement and review it and make an informed decision. Ultimately, sales conversations can sometimes be hyperfocused on one part of the entire program and all of the information becomes lost in the chat. For this, we definitely apologize.
