1 starZero stars if I could.. Hired them for the first time to spray for spiders. Was told they would bring a ladder, remove all spiders and webs and spray. The tech did not bring a ladder, did not remove all easily accessible spiders or webs, broke my security camera and did not say anything, kinda spayed a few places and spread pesticide pellets all over my property????? The pellets are everywhere, on my decks, all the way down my driveway, all around the perimeter of my house.. I told the tech before he started I only needed treatment for spiders and when I hired them they made no mention of pellets and did not do what they said they would. I have kids and pets and now have pesticide pellets all over my property. The sales person who came to my door told me my neighbour, knew their name, used their service so I would get a reduced fee as they were already in the neighbourhood. My neighbours do not use them and he knew their names because he had gone to their house prior and asked them for their name before coming to my house.Insight Pest Solutions

1 starThis company has people coming door to door to get business. The person implied our neighbors had signed up with them and they were giving a great group rate. They then told us the product they uses, suspended Polyzone was safe around my pets and "good bugs" like ******************* I later found out that this product is a long lasting synthetic pesticide that is harmful to pollenators. I was suckered in to signing. They said they would email me a copy of my contract, which they never did. I contacted the company in May ( 2 - 3 weeks after signing & 1 service which seemed to have no effect) to cancel the service. I didn't hear anything from them until Aug 20th when they told me I would have to pay $276 + tax to terminate.They scam people and disappear until they want $$$. They have been charging my Amex since May as well.Insight Pest Solutions

We have many, many customers who continue to use us year after year for their pest control needs who signed on at their front door with a sales representative as well! Please also be advised that, our services aim to control pest populations and prevent the manifestation of infestations within your home. Our technicians are also licensed and trained in the field to avoid any flowering plants as honey bees are a protected species and we can not service them, and that's where all honey bee/butterfly activity is found.Please don't ever hesitate to reach out to our office to answer any questions or concerns!Insight Pest Solutions

1 starAfter having this service for a few months, I can say with absolute certainty that this is the worse pest control company Ive ever encountered! Not only do they take the payment out for your bank account when they feel like it so you can never really plan for it causing overdraft! The latest incident is the fact that I was lied to by ****** when I asked if the new monthly rate of $99 dollars for the German ***** treatment wouldnt be deducted until the next month but it just came out this month instead which was unexpected! All this plus we was told by the representative the first day that we signed up that we could cancel at anytime if we werent satisfied only to be told a month later that we have to wait until the contract expires or pay a big lump sum!Insight Pest Solutions

1 starTerrible service, overpriced scam. They'll hook you into a one year contract with promises of as many service calls as you need. When we called for a single extra pest problem (hornet nest) they couldn't come for 2 weeks. Two days before that scheduled appointment, we get a text that the appointment has been moved by 2 more weeks later! A month since we called. By then the summer is over and we've suffered with a pest problem they were supposed to be fixing for us. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! Our pest control program is structured as a 12-month commitment to ensure comprehensive protection. Pest activity follows seasonal breeding, nesting, and hatching cycles, and our recurring services are designed to interrupt those cycles and provide ongoing coverage. Between scheduled visits, you're fully covered under our warranty for additional concerns such as hornet nests, which we aim to address as promptly as possible.
That said, we recognize that delays in schedulingespecially when compounded by a reschedulingcan be incredibly frustrating. We do our absolute best to avoid these situations, but at times scheduling conflicts or high seasonal demand can cause delays. In such cases, we make it a priority to communicate any changes in advance, as we did here, though we understand that this still may not have met your expectations.

Words are one thing but actions speak differently. You are a scam company. 1 starIf I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible pushy door-to-door salesman. I cancelled my service 3 months ago. I received a notification 3 months later that they were coming to do another round of service. I called to cancel again and got no assistance and had to leave a message. Called back the next day and was essentially hung up on by the service representative. There was nothing provided regarding a cancellation fee. Impossible to get someone to answer the phone. 1 starMy contract was for one year and ended at the end of 2024.The contract states that I must respect the first year, which I did, and that after that, the annual contract will be terminated and services will continue, but only seasonally, unless otherwise notified by the owner.Which has been done multiple times.Despite everything, I continue to receive services and, of course, pay the bills, despite my numerous requests to terminate the service.I no longer have a contract with them. I have sent multiple termination notices, received no response, and the technician continues to come.Insight Pest Solutions

1 starGirlfriends mom hired the service for Spiders (gf hates earwigs) and mice (gf mom hates mice). After the worker was finished I talked to him. We have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large. I asked him what was done and he told me. I asked about our dogs he said wait one hour for the sprays to dry. No problem. Then I realized he had placed bait/poison boxes for mice. So, I inquired about them. I asked if they were safe, he said the dogs could not get into them. I asked "What if, a mouse eats poison, leaves the box, dies in the yard and then my dogs get it and are poisoned because of this." This guy could not/would not say that this is a possibility and that the posion takes an hour to kill (everytime, maybe?), IMPLYING that it was UNLIKELY to happen, not saying so specifically. He left. I'm not stupid and know that this isn't something he could confirm could not happen. I called the Insight Pest control Solutions phone number. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, AND I QUOTE TOLD ME THAT THE RODENTICIDE IN THE BOXES DOES NOT AFFECT DOGS. Only kils mice. Also they said in the same call that IF MY PETS SHOULD BE ATTRACTED TO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS ONLY THEN SHOULD I GIVE THEM A CALL. Why would that be a problem if the products are 100% safe? I had the attendant on the phone confirm a second time that they had said the rodenticide does not affect dogs. I ****** searched for this magical poison product and found no such product. There is no 100% confirmation that poison boxes are safe around pets.Insight Pest Solutions

These bait stations are placed in discreet, strategic areas inaccessible to pets, and our technicians are trained to ensure maximum safety during placement.A common concern we hear is: "What happens if another animal eats a rodent that consumed the bait?" This is an important question. Our bait products are formulated to be effective in very small quantities. Because rodents are small, only a minimal amount is needed. Once ingested, the product is metabolized and begins working internally. Additionally, it has a desiccating (drying) effect on the carcass, accelerating decomposition and reducing risk of secondary exposure.Even in the rare event that a predator, like an owlor, in your case of concern, a dogconsumes a rodent that has undigested bait in its system, the concentration is so low that it is not potent enough to cause harm.
