      Girlfriends mom hired the service for Spiders (gf hates earwigs) and mice (gf mom hates mice). After the worker was finished I talked to him. We have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large. I asked him what was done and he told me. I asked about our dogs he said wait one hour for the sprays to dry. No problem. Then I realized he had placed bait/poison boxes for mice. So, I inquired about them. I asked if they were safe, he said the dogs could not get into them. I asked "What if, a mouse eats poison, leaves the box, dies in the yard and then my dogs get it and are poisoned because of this." This guy could not/would not say that this is a possibility and that the posion takes an hour to kill (everytime, maybe?), IMPLYING that it was UNLIKELY to happen, not saying so specifically. He left. I'm not stupid and know that this isn't something he could confirm could not happen. I called the Insight Pest control Solutions phone number. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, AND I QUOTE TOLD ME THAT THE RODENTICIDE IN THE BOXES DOES NOT AFFECT DOGS. Only kils mice. Also they said in the same call that IF MY PETS SHOULD BE ATTRACTED TO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS ONLY THEN SHOULD I GIVE THEM A CALL. Why would that be a problem if the products are 100% safe? I had the attendant on the phone confirm a second time that they had said the rodenticide does not affect dogs. I ****** searched for this magical poison product and found no such product. There is no 100% confirmation that poison boxes are safe around pets.

      you need to have option for 0, they do not deserve 1 star.
      I signed 1 year contract with them, for 4 services.
      That ended. Today i received email, welcome back, and that they are happy that i renewed contract. Nobody contacted me and i did not ask for new contract. They are sending person tomorrow and i am afraid they will charge me for service because they have my credit card on file

      We strive to ensure all customers clearly understand the terms of the program before starting, including sending the service agreement promptly for review. Our goal is to make every interaction smooth, transparent, and positive.
      We understand that some customers may not require the full program after the initial commitment. The good news is that once the initial one-year term is completed, the service transitions to a seasonal basis with no additional long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time with proper notice.

      For years I had mice in my house. Could never figure out how they got in. It took the techs at insight about 6 months to totally stop mice from getting in my house. Over the years I have been with them ,they have been very courteous and diligent and not only cured my mouse problem but no longer have spiders or ants to deal with. During my most recent visit from insight tech *********************** some of my dogs bones were accidentally sprayed. He went to the local pet food store and purchased new ones . Thanks for the amazing service

      Did not live up to sales promises. I was told they would spray in the walls to kill any ants. That never happened. They treated an ant hill that remains full of ants. And I was told I could cancel at any time without issue. I see this is definitely not the case. AND you can easily go buy the stuff yourself and do it at a fraction of the cost. Not happy at all. Steer clear.

We understand the frustration caused by the unpredictability of nature, but that's why we offer such generous warranty programs to come back and retreat at no extra cost for up to 3 months between regular services!Most importantly, we'd like to clarify that all customers ARE able to cancel at ANY time - however, there are applicable penalties to terminate services while within the initial term of service, as is standard for most annual subscription services. We understand life happens though, and we're always more than willing to open a discussion about how to make accommodations in the event that you decide that our services are not meeting your household needs.

      I was very impressed by ******'s visit to ** last week. He was genuinely interested in what we had to ask him on worrying about our pets etc. and explained in detail how the mouse boxes worked and that we wouldn't have to worry about their safety.He honestly went above and beyond the call of duty with his assurances and consequently, the work done for us.Thank you ************************* & *************************
