      ** *** **** LESS THAN A YEAR AND THE CAMERA IS FULL OF MOISTURE. LOREX TOLD ME THAT I WAS DENIED ANY WARRANTY ON A FAULTY CAMERA I GUESS THAT I'M REPLACING THE OTHER 5 SHORTLY AS WELL! PRODUCT AND SERVICE TOTAL *******.

      We are sorry to hear this customer has issues with the one camera. The reason the replacement was denied by our support team as explained to the customer is that the system is almost 2 months out of the one year warranty.       After speaking to a Lorex sales representative I was excited to purchase a camera system for my house just to later realize the two-way communication was not working. I contact Lorex and was encouraged to ship back current system that was not the two-way, with return label being emailed to me and a refund of purchase once I purchased new two-way system. I paid another $1300+ and was promised the old/ original purchase will be refunded on the correct debit card within 10-15 days. It has been almost a month now and I am now being told I will not get the refund of the original purchase back. Lorex owes me $1300+! We are not happy and demand a refund to the correct debit card account!

      The $1,313.94 was refunded to the customer's credit card that was used to place the order. For Security and Fraud concerns, unfortunately, we were not able to refund the order to a different credit card as requested by the customer. The Proof of the refund was forwarded to this customer to address the matter with **********.

      I bought a 2k wireless NVR system and it went out after 18 months so I decided to buy the wireless 4k system and have had nothing but problems. The batteries keep dying after a few days, the motion zone does’t work, sensitivity turned down low and camera’s keep recording, distance setting not working, camera’s say the are recording but nothing is saved on NVR. Wish I would have not spent the money.

      One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced. Spent a total of over 3 hours on the phone with **** and misinformation. I ordered a dual band wifi camera with 32gb of storage included. They sent a single 2.4ghz camera with 16gb storage. Still dealing with their terrible CSR attempting to fix their problems. ******** ********

      On Apr 19 this customer ordered 2 DIFFERENT Wifi Cameras, one with a 16GB SD card and the other with a 32GB SD card. We have shipped out a replacement 2K camera in advance, that delivered Apr 30. ******************. We sincerely, do not see what the panic or exaggeration is about, however do apologize for the inconvenience.

      ***** *** **** **** *** ******* They sold me cables that don't work because the cables are bad the security system got water in it thru the cables they sold me so the cameras don't work anymore just a little over a year of purchase and hundreds of extra dollars I paid in cables they don't want to help you they won't warranty anything ***** *** **** **** **** ***** ***

      The system, sold with a one year warranty was purchased in January of 2022. The system is way past the warranty and replacement components unfortunately have to be purchased. Our Cables meet UL CMR standards.

      I recently experienced an unexpected issue with my camera - it suddenly stopped working. After reaching out to technical support for assistance, I was disappointed to learn that they were unable to fix the problem. To make matters worse, they informed me that the camera was out of warranty and suggested that I purchase a new one. This came as a surprise considering that the camera was only 1 year and 6 months old. This experience has left me questioning the true quality and reliability of the product.

      We are sorry to hear this. In a preferred world nothing breakdowns, everything lasts forever. The concept and premise of the Warranty was based on the unfortunate reality. It is disappointing that one of the cameras broke down 6 months out of Warranty.       Last year I called into their sales department and placed an order of a NVR system with 4 external, doorbell, and a few interior pan/ tilt cameras. Once the package arrived I noticed only one interior camera. Let them know I only received one and they tell me my order is only reflecting one and that I can purchase more. I expressed to them that on my phone call when I placed the order that you can hear me clarify the amount of cameras before order placement. I would have never agreed to the amount of the system had I known the order was actually less value than what I thought I was paying for. Customer support checked the call and verified that the salesperson made a mistake and verbally acknowledged the amount of cameras I wanted but only selected the one. I even was willing to accept one additional camera just to be understanding! All they left me with was a link to purchase more. Very disappointed that they can hear the conversation and not take accountability. *** ** ************* ** **** ***** ******* *** a $1,580 purchase makes me want exactly what they told me I was paying for.

      wanted to let tue lorex company know I have had terrible customer service. When I called for help I kept getting pushed around with them telling me it's a different issue even when i had an electrician look at it and tell me what the issue was lorex still told me it was something else rather than actually dealing with the problem, and lorex was wrong. The device wasnt working correctly but they kept saying it was something else and wouldnt warrenty it. I spent money on have the issue looked at and trying to have it fixed by the electrician all because of lorex. Thanks for nothing but wasting my hard earned money. so I have gone with a different company and I will never recommend lorex or go with lorex ever again. ******* **** **** *** ***** *** **** *** *** ******* *** * *** ****** ******** ******* *** ******* **** ****** *** **** ** ** ****** *** **** ********* **** ***** ** *****

      The issue, that this customer had with the Lorex Doorbell Camera, as determined by our Technician after troubleshooting, had nothing to do with the camera but rather with the electrical component (transformer) at the residence that was malfunctioning.

      As I described before and told the lorex representative, I paid to have it looked at by an electrician that tested the device, not relying on the transformer and he said it was not the transformer but it was the device. I also had this device and a ring doorbell before that which worked for 3 years without issue and ring still works. I continued to go along with lorex and their advice though I knew it wasnt the transformer, I got the transformer they recommended and it still didn't work. I was so frustrated that nobody listened to me and I have to wait on the phone each time and when I talk to someone they just give me excuse after excuse. I gave up and just went with another company. Again, I got the recommended transformer and the lorex device still didn't work.
