1 starMy experience with my Sleep Country order and Sleep Country’s Customer Service was highly negative. The order, which included a queen Casper Hybrid mattress and two twin Bloom mattresses, was not delivered on the day Sleep Country committed to; it was delivered two days later, leaving me with no mattress at all for two nights, which caused back pain for which I am still suffering a week later. The twin Bloom mattresses delivered were regular twin size though I had requested in my phone order two, XL twin mattresses to fit my XL twin SOHO platform beds. Twice, I was not called back when Customer Service committed to doing so. I will never deal with Sleep Country again.Sleep Country Canada

5 starsI am giving Sleep Country 5 stars even though there were a couple of problems with our order. One problem, which was not Sleep Country's fault, was that we found the mattress far too firm. They replaced it quickly under their "100 night guarantee". Then, unbeknownst to anyone, there was a piece of the platform bed that was broken due to what I suspect was a manufacturing error,. But these problems were swiftly and kindly rectified by the company, who came to our home and replaced things that needed replacing very quickly. They quickly returned our phone call and made sure that we were satisfied. They were quite easy to deal with. Also, the price of the king-sized platform bed and mattress we bought was quite good. It was on sale in January when we bought it. We are now very happy with our new bed!Sleep Country Canada

1 starWe bought a bed and mattress set on Feb 20.,2024 -Sales person left right after.
1st delivery came one missing part (legs for bed) they took the whole set back.
2nd delivery came after a week again partly assembled missing middle slat . they left bed partly assembled and left in the middle of the room
3rd delivery expected toady March 15 (looks last delivery )they do not make it a priority even after their 2 times mess up. waiting to see what is going to happen today.
Simple solution was to bring the missing part and complete the assembly .waiting for more than a month to get this sorted .Ridiculous policy of sleep country !. We have been a loyal customer to Sleep country so long but here after I will never ever order from Sleep Country .The inconvenience caused by this purchase can not be explained. I will never recommend sleep country to any here after. I hope this review reaches to head office or the president .thanksSleep Country Canada

5 starsAwesome service! Walked into SleepCountry ** ****** *** ********* ******* in Vancouver. Was helped by Simon ( he listened to what I needed for my elderly mother) showed me many options and made very good suggestions. Purchase made and had frame and mattress delivered in 3 days. Delivery was efficient. Bed frame and mattress set up, also showed me how to use lift controls. They took all cardboard and plastic with them ( also wore booties over their boots). Very polite and professional . Would definitely recommend Sleep Country. My 90 year old mother is very happy. Thank you Simon .Sleep Country Canada

2 starsI purchased a ***** bed and a ***** earth mattress. I picked them up 2 weeks later. The ***** bed is great but the ***** mattress was defective. I called customer service and they sent me a new one and took the old one. The second one was also defective. I ended up with a third one which was also defective. One of the customer service representatives recommended that I choose a different mattress. I then chose *********** **** mattress which is 8-1/2". The mattress I received was a 7" mattress. So I called them again and they sent me another mattress and again it was the 7" mattress. For whatever reason the mattress I was sent seemed to have the SKU of the mattress I chose. The mattress they sent isn't even on their website. Sleep Country only gives credit and no refunds, so I was stuck. But I guess after 3 defective mattresses and 2 wrong mattresses, I was told I was costing the company money having to deliver and pick up. So they finally decided to give me my money back. I also happened to be on a new computer system that they are trying out and because of that it made it very confusing because all the customer service representatives that I dealt with were on the old system. I would never buy a mattress from them again. By the time this was done, it was almost 2 months and I didn't have a mattress. * ***** ** ***** ** ******** ***** ** *** ******** ***** *** ** **** *** **** *** ****** ** ***** * *** * ******** ** **** *** * ****** *** ** ***** So just wanted people to know that Sleep Country only offers credit and what they have on their website isn't always what you get. 1 starWorst customer service I've ever had. My mother passed away a couple of years ago and I needed a refund from a bed frame that we had returned prior to her passing. the cheque that was issued came in her name so I had to return it and get one issued in my name. I reached out to them in September and emailed them my ID, my address and phone number. I received nothing. I reached out again in December and was told a new cheque had been issued in November. Nothing came. I just spoke to someone about the refund. He had no idea what was going on, was very unclear on the phone and they did not have my updated phone number or correct address on file. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me and possibly have to reissue a new cheque.

1 starI purchased a bed online through Sleep country, and took advantage of the financing over 1 Year, all was good bed was to be delivered, on the 10th of January.
No Phone call in the AM as stated, so I called, the order was cancelled, I asked by who, they could not give me an answer, after an hour on the phone and being put on hold several times, they could not find a reason why.
Very frustrated, My wife and i went into the store located in Cambridge, purchased the exact same bed, same mattress. was to be delivered Today - Guess what, once again no bed, SHOCKER, the bed is on Back order and they have no idea when it will be available. I stated when were you going to tell me this, well we just got the notice last night but we were very busy. 1 starI complained about a faulty mattress and asked for someone to come and look at my issue. Sleep Country refused saying that I had to send in pictures as warranty issues were handled online. They refused to do anything and refused to send someone out. After finally complaining about them online they sent someone out but wanted to charge me $50 dollars for this. I refused until they finally sent someone out over a year and a half later. Of course my claim was denied because they said that the mattress had stains on it and should have had a mattress protector. I said that it did have a mattress protector on it but like the mattress that failed as well and had to be disposed of. * ******* ***** ******* ** ** ******* ********* ** ******* ** ***** ****** *** **** ********** ********** ** ********* *** **** ***** *** ******* **** ***** **. If Sleep Country had actually responded to my initial complaint and sent someone out there was no stains on the mattress. They even have the initial pictures I submitted to prove it. But after a year and a half a stain had happened. We’ve always been customers of Sleep Country and bought other mattresses before with no issue. Two and a half years ago we bought a mattress from the brand ******** and the mattress is sinking, on both sides, but way more in my husband’s side. We got in contact with Sleep Country because the mattress is still under warranty. The mattress stayed on top of an **** bed at all times. After submitting a lengthy process of pictures online, which is comprehensible, they denied replacement of our mattress because “there was a stain on the mattress and improper support”. Why, I’d like to know where in the policy I have to oblige to buy the spring box with the mattress otherwise the warranty will be void, or where, *** ****** ***** a stain is responsible for a structural change? Sleep Country simply gave the lamest excuse to not replace this ****l brand mattress. Since when beds are not enough to support a mattress? It must be a poor quality mattress than to not work on a common bed.
