      Terrible experience from start to finish. Jumped through all their hoops for warranty process on 6yr old mattress with defective pillow top, submitted photos...submitted more photos, then some lame excuse about supposed stains on mattress so declined. Then offered a coupon that was essentially useless unless I wanted to skip sale prices and pay full price. During delivery, they damaged a light fixture in my house, I made repeated calls over 3 wks to finally get reimbursed for replacement part I had already purchased...nothing further offered after all my inconvenience.
      I am long-term repeat customer...or should I say I was.

      I went in to make a simple refund of a set of sheets I’d purchased as a Christmas gift, and after waiting for over 25 minutes was told that I couldn’t receive it in-store — they’d send a cheque by mail and I should just leave the product. Is it 1979? What retail location offers refunds by mailed cheque?! ************* **** staff validated the policy by saying they don’t keep cash at their stores, until I pointed out that a refund for interac is done through the POS and not a cash register. Then I was told if I didn’t like it I should have I should have bought with credit card and I could just leave and come back another day. Excuse me? The reality is that best and standard practice is businesses give refunds by the exact means the customer made the purchase. How is this in anyway customer-friendly, modern, solution-oriented, or acceptable? If I was ever going to shop at Sleep Country again, I guess I’d use my credit card — but I’ll never go back now, if not for the policy, ********* *** *** *** **** *** ********* ********

      Hope you are doing well. We are sorry to hear about your recent experience in one of our Stores. We apologize for the lack of customer service you received and we will definitely pass your feedback along to our sales managers. If a payment is made with cash or debit, Sleep Country issues a cheque refund. If payment is made with a credit card then we are able to put the funds back to that credit card. We are able to refund back to the debit card only for purchases made within a certain number of days and we don't carry much cash in store for safety reasons. We are very sorry again for your overall experience.

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Bought an adjustable bed frame first week of November. IT WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAS NOT SINCE. Excuse after excuse but no solutions. If I gave this after sales service at my work like this we would be bankrupt and closed. VERY FRUSTRATING. Now I have 6 days to wait before management gets involved. Wow. I understand they want the manufacturer to solve the problem but 1 month of waiting is simply NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

      Very expensive mattresses! I thought it's going to be a good quality of serve - delivered with 7 hours delay. My mattress protector came wet and dirty, with destroyed box.
      Customer service - terrible - promises with no respect of the customer! Waiting for their call back and they never called...

      Do not believe on what is said while selling the product. My mattress is so uneven now and causing back issues and sleep country would not do anything to resolve my issue. they just keep saying damage must be even more to claim warranty. Seriously!! They are expecting me to have serious problems before they can help me. I spent $800 for the product and its not even been a year. Super frustrated

      The worse service, bought a Mattress.schedule shipping on Tuesday. They called to reschedule on Monday, no call, nobody showed up. Tuesday someone called would deliver in the afternoon, no calls , no show up, call Cx service no response.
      The worse shopping is experience.

      Three and half weeks after purchasing a two for one, low three! figures memory foam pillow(s), I explore having it exchanged as it's too, too, too high (tall). I have discomfort in my back bone and I have discomfort between the shoulder blades area.

      Horrible customer service! Defective merchandise are not returned free of charge. Rather, a fee is charged to return a defective item. Bringing a mattress back is not an option for 95 percent of customers, which is what the company instructed. Otherwise, pay 80 dollars to return a defecti! What kind of company is this? ********

If an item is defective as per the manufacturer warranty guidelines, we don't charge any fees to replace the item. If there is a comfort issue with our mattress, then there is a comfort exchange fee of $65.00 charged to complete the exchange. We offer 100 nights of comfort guarantee on mattresses from the date of purchase. If your mattress has a warrantable defect, you can contact our customer service line at ###-###-#### to open a warranty claim. I will have one of our associates contact you directly to open a claim.

      Just bought a tempur pedic mattress from the Hurontario Mississauga location and my husband and I are very pleased so far! Service and delivery was excellent and on time! We found the salesperson Taj very helpful! and knowledgeable! Thank you!

      My bed doesn't fit into the category for measurements that need to be sent for the warranty. It is a very firm foam mattress that springs back but has gone soft on one side. Some one has to actually come out and feel it. For this they want to charge $50. I paid over $4000. for this bed. It is one year since I bought it. They have no problem selling you a bed, but when it comes to any kind of service they are very difficult to work with.
