      Use this site ONLY as a last resort. Just buy a new appliance first. I waited a month for parts that were “on backorder” (not their fault). But finally I got sick of waiting, bought a new appliance, and canceled the parts order. TWO DAYS LATER I’m notified that the parts have shipped. AND because I was not at home when the parts were actually delivered (so I could “refuse delivery”), I am now on the hook financially to return these goddamn parts. This, I think everyone could agree, is ********.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We would be more then willing to issue prepaid return labels if you have not returned the items yet. If you have already returned the items if you can provide the amount and the tracking details we can issue a refund for the return shipping.

      I’ve now repaired at least three separate appliances with parts from partselect.com. I’ve saved a ton of time and money through this site. It’s been extremely easy to find the part I needed and they were always accurate. Customer service helped me determine the correct part on one order- very knowledgeable. The “how to” videos are spot on as well, saved me times searching through YouTube to find an accurate video. Shipping has always exceeded expectations. I recommend this site to anyone in need of appliance repair.

      Not trustworthy, I would avoid using. I had a few issues;
      1) False Advertising - I trusted and used this supplier as their website advertises "same day shipping" I placed my order and it was not until end of the next business day that it was finally in the hands of their shipper (*****) . ie. my item sat in the state of Nevada (supplier state) for 2 days before moving at all.
      2. During online checkout, I was given the option to select standard shipping (3-5 business days), or expedited at an additional cost With expedited they noted delivery in 2-3 business days. I paid extra for and selected expedited, 2-3 business days.
      3. Once ***** tracker was finally updated it showed a delivery date estimated at 8 days to delivery.
      4. Per the PartsSelect website my order status shows it was shipped standard shipping and not expedited which I paid for and was billed for ie. I was charged for expedited shipping, item was shipped standard.
      5. Fedex tracker notes there is a deliver date that is 6 days after ***** received the shipment from PartsSelect making it impossible for me to receive my item in the expedited 2-3 business days that was committed to me during my online order.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. The order was placed after the cut off time to ship on the Nov 13. The order shipped the following day on Nov 14th. We do see there was a delay with the package be delivered. We have issued a refund on your shipping in the amount of $12.18 for your inconvenience, you will see the refund back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

      This company is only too happy to be full of nonsense. The cheery woman said that I would receive an email within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. They are NOT recommended by the Better Business Bureau. Most of the reviews are bad. Now watch, they’ll respond with an automatic response, “We’re sorry you experienced..” No, you’re not. Whether you’re helpful or not is yet to be determined . Thanks a lot , PartSelect!

      Were happy to find the part we needed. Requested and paid for expedited shipping because we need the part today. Called to check on the part and were advised that the part was on back-order and would not ship until 11/23. (Thanksgiving Day?)
      Why didn't the website indicate that the part was back-ordered?
      Why did we not receive an email advising us that they could not ship within the three days as stated?
      We canceled the order and now have to start looking locally for the part.
      Poor communication.

      Although the cost to ship the paart to me was only $9.25 the cost to return the part was was over $55.00 due to the size of the box, about the cost of the part. Part select would not supply a prepaid return label at their shipping cost.. BEWARE!

      We are sorry for any issues this may have caused. We only cover the cost of return shipping if the item was sent in error by us. If an item is returned due too wrong item ordered, we do not cover the return shipping cost. Our shipping rates are discounted with the shippers due too the large amount of orders we ship so we are able to pass that along to our customers. We can refund the shipping on your order for the inconvenience. You will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

      They sent me a part with missing part when I tried to get it resolved. Basically theres nothing they can do for me unless I purchase another item. Definitely would not recommend

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We show prepaid return labels have been emailed for the correct item. Once when we receive the item back you will see a refund back on your credit card. When a incorrect item shipped a new order would need to be placed in order too have another item shipped.

      I ordered two water inlet valves, but both arrived damaged and showed no reading on the multimeter. When I sought a refund, I was only partially compensated; I originally paid $76.73 but was refunded just $66.83. It's frustrating that I was sent the wrong items and then penalized for their error. I won't be using this service again.

      We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. The refund gets process in two transactions. You would see the refund for the defective item then you would see the refund for the shipping cost. You should see the refund for the remaining amount in 2-3 business days. Please hold on to the defective items for 30 days and if the warehouse would like them back they will email you prepaid return labels.

      I ordered a dishrack adjuster and wheel assembly on September 14th, 2023. I had family in town for my daughter's birthday and needed to fix a loose arm on my dishwasher ASAP. I even paid for two-day shipping. As of today, September 26th, I have not received the part, and when I tried to contact customer service, the pre-recorded message states that due to high call volumes, they cannot take my call and to contact customer service via email. How is this a way to do business?? When I went to cancel the order, it was as easy a one click without any attempt to try and resolve the issue. Again, how is this the way to do business? Very disappointed and frustrated with any form of customer service. Will never do business with them again.
