This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is nothing but a bunch of *******. ******! I ordered a part, it did not fit my washer. We returned it and refund was rejected part was 'installed' the washer had ZERO power, so how could it damage the part? It was never installed. It was returned days after we received. Then, they won't refund or return the part. They keep your money and the part. This company should NEVER be BBB accredited business. They are *******.PartSelect.com

We show an email was sent on 03/27/2025, saying the item was installed and did not work we asked for more information to file a defective claim with the warehouse in order to get the refund for the item. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may of caused. Per tacking you package is still on the way. Per last scan the package showed , it made it to a distribution center in NE. EconoShip orders are initially transported to regional sorting facilities. Packages are then processed and distributed to the US Postal Service for final delivery. While EconoShip is often significantly less expensive than other methods, transit times cannot be precisely estimated, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. PartsSelect was a great experience for me. It was nice to have a company in the United States with English speaking Customer Service Reps and they were very friendly as well. I received the wrong style burner drip bowls for my GE stove. When I called there was no problem, they issued a refund on the two bowls and got a new order placed, within 5 days they were delivered and I had the correct ones... Excellent customer service! Says 10% off of your first order off at the top of the page went to use the promo code and it doesn't work called in and said that the promo code wasn't working the guy said because the stuff I was ordering was 20% off and I said it doesn't say that it's not stackable and I asked where it said that at and he said it doesn't say it on the website that it's not stackable I'm telling you that it's not stackable. We are sorry for any misunderstanding this may of caused. The discounts are not able to be stacked. You can use either the 10% off or 20% unfortunately we are not able to use both. You should see on the details of banner with the code : Enter the code TAKE10OFF at checkout to apply your discount. Discount will be applied at checkout when the code is entered & applies to all parts. Cannot be combined with any other coupon or special offer & cannot be applied to a previously placed order. I have had to repair the dryer belt and wheels twice in the last 10 years. Each time I ordered the kit and it arrived within a few days. It was exactly what I ordered, so my rating is 5 stars.PartSelect.com

Ordered a part for a non-functioning dishwasher on Nov 8th. Shipping was suppose to come by November 13th. On November 18th asked where the package was and PartSelect told me to wait 5 days. On November 22nd I was told it was not coming and I would have to make another order to get it to me. What a joke, if you mess up make it right and don't jerk your customers around. If it is your shipping partner's fault, then over night the part with a different shipper.PartSelect.com

We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. We show the package was returned back too our warehouse due too the address. We do show the item was refunded on 11/25/24 in the amount of $75.43 and the shipping was refunded in the amount of $12.61 which you will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days. If you would still like the item a new order would need to be placed. We would also advise to double check your shipping address if you reorder. We are not able too choose the shipper when a order is placed. If you do reorder we would be more then happy to refund the shipping cost on a new order. I canceled an order within the time frame allotted (which was too short a time to begin with) and they shipped it anyway. I called Customer Service to make sure it doesn't happen again. Fingers crossed! The part was for a ** appliance. I previously canceled the account on ** website but was told by PartSelect that they had no connection to **! The rep. from Customer Service was located in Nova Scotia Canada. Originally a Canadian company but now international. Claims she doesn't know where their headquarters are located. Inefficient or just sneaky?PartSelect.com

We are not the manufacturer directly however we do get all our items from the manufacturers directly. We do see we emailed you prepaid return labels for the item and your order has been refunded on 11/18/24 in the amount of $72.47. Worst customer service when returning the parts. I ordered four parts for my range hood from PartSelect.ca and two of them I had to return as I did not need them. After paying to return the products, I got email saying no refund as parts was used once. When I called customer service to return the parts to me as I am not getting refund, he told me their policy is not returning the parts back to the customer. This is ridiculous as I am out $291.30 plus $34 for mailing the parts back. I have lost all that money and I don’t have the parts for something that was not used. I would give zero star (PartSelect.ca)if possible and would never recommend anyone from buying from them.PartSelect.com

We are sorry for any issues this may of caused. When an item or items are returned they must be in resalable condition which means means that the part must not have incurred damage, such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scuffing. If an item is deem as such the item or items are discarded. The only recourse we have for this is we can try to submit a internal warranty on the items. In order too do so we would need the model number and serial number of the appliance the items was for. I ordered 3 refrigerator parts in mid August, received them towards the end of August … 2 of the three were in good shape on arrival and were installed, the third part was damaged, unfortunately. I called to report this, was directed to go on line and submit a return request, which I did, I also included requested photos, etc. PartsSelect indicated that it would take 30 days for any refund (I questioned the length of time, but accepted). PartsSelect also said I would get an email when they processed the refund. I waited for 30 days, but did not hear anything, so after 30 days I followed up. I called 3 times and was told to be patient. Still no refund. I spoke to a rep today who was nice, she got a manager involved and even though It took 30 minutes on the phone, they said they processed my refund. I must say the customer service people are nice. I order tons of parts … some of PartsSelect’s practices are not normal … like this return policy …I do not know of another parts supplier who does this … I would not do business here if you might need to return something,PartSelect.com

Terrible business. More like a ****. I ordered a stove stop knob which was shipped 09/04 but tracking states the tracking number is no good. 30 days later I have not received the item…but the transaction cleared the bank. Numerous attempts to contact the company for a refund have been unanswered. Do not use this company!PartSelect.com
