      We are sorry for the delay in responding. We are experiencing higher than usual email and call volumes and are working to respond to all of our inquiries as quickly as possible! The items you ordered was in stock at the time of the order; however, when fulfilling the order there was an inventory discrepancy and the item went to a temporary backorder status. We currently show your order has been cancelled on 01/20/24 and refunded.

      Made an order for two items on 12/28/2023. Website said items were in-stock. Paid to have items shipped in 3-5 days . Still have not received items. Can never get anyone on the phone to due to supposedly high call volumes no matter what time of the day you call. Even tried contacting customer services via email. Still haven't heard any thing back.

      It really is amazing how this so called company is still able to sell parts!! I ordered a part for my microwave after waiting quite a while I received the part. It wasn't what I needed. I have tried to call and no one answers. I've sent several email's to their joke of a customer service and I have received no return email or info as to how to return this part. Rest assured if my review can STOP someone from ordering from these ******, my $150 for my part was worth it. I'll repeat...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!       The website is very excited about the one day shipping, but it's not true! It's been over 10 days and nothing. No shipment and no response to my emails. The website still shows both items as currently in stock, but none for me apparently. I'd love to have my $116 back so I could go somewhere else to actually get the parts. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

We had to place an order with the manufacturer, the items have shipped on 01/08/24. We have refunded you your shipping cost on the order for the inconvenience.       I can't believe their A+ rating and Bizrate results. My experience with them was hopeless.
      I ordered from them because the manufacturer does not have the part in stock. Their site said and still says they have it in stock. Their site says Same Day Shipping. That is false advertising - in essence a lie. Mine has still not shipped in almost 40 days. The Order Status saying that it is being processed also says that note will be updated when it is processed. Nothing changed in 40 days.
      I sent them two emails and received no reply. I’ve tried to call a few times. The answering system always says that ‘due to higher than normal call volumes, there is no agent available to take (my) call’. Nonsense, I’m sure this situation is now normal and they either don’t have enough staff for normal volumes or have no intention of answering most calls anyway.
      I’m very disappointed in their inability to process routine orders, false advertising, dead-end online response tools and non-existent customer service.

      I ordered a over burner tube & Igniter on NOV 19 2023 I canceled the order today Jan 2 2024 BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED ITEMS. I have talked to someone 3 times about this order, no one can seem to tell me anything. I have waited thur Thanksgiving and Christmas without being able to use my oven.......very disappointed in this Co. who brags that they are there for their customers.

      Ordered a part on 12/18 said in stock. It has been 4 days still hasnt ahipped. Cant get a hold of anyone in customer service. Horrible would not reccomend

      I also fell for the “same day shipping”. Ordered my part on the 10th of the month. No shipping updates were provided to my tracking. Called the company and the only way to get a response was to select the option to “place a new order” No one answered on any of the other options. When I finally reached someone I was told my part had been received from the shipper and would be sent in 3-5 days. Still haven’t sent it and I have been billed for it. Working with my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

      The part that I ordered was supposed to be delivered on Friday 12/15 but they decided to change it to Saturday 12/16. Saturday came along and they decided to change it to 12/18. Their only excuse was that it was delayed. I didn't realize the ***** can deliver whenever they felt like it.
      The appliance that this part is needed for is costing money for being out of service for so long and Parts Select should take an active role in discussing with ***** their totally non caring attitude.

Based on the tracking details from fed ex there appears to be Operational Delay on there end.
