    I picked up my new car a 2024 Cadillac XT5 from this company on Oct 28th, this is the second Cadillac I have purchased from this company, I signed the documents on the computer through ****-u-sign, I never seen the car, when i went to pick the car up @ the dealer I noticed it was not clean, was still dirty so I called my sales lady ***** ********* and she came out side and said she would look after it and have it cleaned up, they delivered the car the same day to my place of work, the gentle man that delivered it helped me with transferring some of my personal belonging over, I had never sat in the car, I drove the car home from work and I noticed it was missing alot of options, like lumbar seats, mirror tilt when in reverse, seat memory and much more, I have bad arthritis ( neck, knees ) and there was a reason I had all those options in my other cars, I had mentioned to ***** that I needed comfort and that's why I drive this kind of car.
    I called, text **** the ***** Manager on Thursday 30th , Friday 31st and Monday Nov 3,4,5 and finally he got back to me today with he can't do anything for me, he said i had driven the car before signing and that was the time to list my concerns which was not true.

    All I wanted to do was exchange the car for another Cadillac with the proper options for my comfort

    We purchased this vehicle from a wholesaler specifically for Mr. *****. He was sent pictures of the interior and the exterior show all the features of the vehicle. He then came into the dealership and saw the vehicle before it was delivered...I am not sure what more could have been done to give Mr. ***** ample opportunity to investigate the vehicle prior to delivery. This is a clearly a lack of due diligence on the part of the customer before making a major purchase.

    -- Yes I seen pictures but they do not show the SUV's options, the Dealer knew what I was trading in by pictures and vin# supplied and I needed the same, I expressed this many times to sales lady *****, I never even sat in the car until after it was delivered to my work, my trade in car had more comfort then the new car, the needed options for my health issues are not in this new car.

    -- Give me my old car back, its a far better car then the new one.

    Purchased a ram 1500 on the 13th of December 2024 from carevo, the heat in the vehicle did not work from the start. I called them and they told me to get a quote for the heat. I called back and they said no we aren't going to fix it. Here we are now in oct 2025 and the transmission is failing. Carevo sold me a vehicle that was not in good repair at all I have only driven it 19000ish kms and it is basically undrivable. The gears skip and the engine over revs because of the gears not catching, I can only go to 60km an hour. I want carevo to address it before trying to use my protection plan as I feel that this could have been dealt with if properly looked over.

    Warranties are for these situations, if your transmission is having an issue let your warranty company know and they will get it looked at. You purchased almost a year ago, CarEvo will not be covering this repair.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    The original heat issue was never dealt with either and the vehicle was sold to me like that with a compliant just days after, the assumption that a warranty covers it is besides the issue. A previous compliant with the heat was never dealt with properly. The fact that a company can’t be bothered to follow up and have zero accountability is an issue. I will contact the warranty within the next 48 hours for the transmission however the heat in the truck is carevos responsibility as they never addressed it properly in the first place.

    I’ve contacted this company for several months and they kept telling me that they were going to get someone to get in contact with me over it. I was contacting them since I got the vehicle and no one and nothing was dealt with.

    I'm complaining about a vechile I purchased from a company called carevo, I traded my 2020 ***** civic for a 2025 mazada 3 , when the vehicle arrived I checked the vechile over and noticed that the vechile was involved in an accident, it was hit in the rear which the company tried to cover up , the salesman ******* ******* told me to take the car and he will take care of the damages on the vechile, I held him to his word took it to a collision center which he told me to do and get an estimate, the total was 6200 dollars , I sent him the quote and he told me that the operation s manager was going to get in contact with me and never heard anything from anyone from the dealer, I've tried contacting the dealer multiple time and left messages for people even the owner **** *****, and still nothing back, no response what so ever and this is the third week now from when the vehicle was delivered to me . I'm so stressed out and frustrated, don't know where to turn to.

    I just spoke to Mr.***** today for the third time since this issue was brought to my attention. We are currently working with the lender the vehicle is financed through. The pictures Mr. Hinks sent supporting his claim do not show 6000$ worth of damage or any damage for that matter to this near new vehicle! He is combative and seems more interested in arguing then finding a solution. We have forwarded all the requested information to the lender including the clean Carfax showing the vehicle was never in an accident and the pictures the customer sent us!

    First of all your sales person told me to take it to a collision center which I did, n he would take care of the damage,  I did that this quote n pictures is not from me by the way its from the collision center,  I have messages to prove that he received the quote n he said that a operation s manager will get it contact with u very soon which I never heard from in 2 weeks , n today I had to call ******* n he said that i meant to call u this morning to let me know that they never had no pictures of the damages and the cost to fix it, which I have messages to show that the salesmen had received it, n another thing about this clean car fax is because it wasn't claimed apparently because it would of came up, the company carevo is trying to hide an incident that happened that they thought that no one would recognize,  I noticed it the day on arrival n thats how all this come about , which also the delivery guy took pictures of it as well , he knew that I wasn't satisfied  because the vechile was involved in an accident n I have a witness to prove that he said that, I'm just not satisfied with paying for a vehicle that was hit in the rear end n a company was trying to get away with , I already put a stop payment to the lender and I never heard anything form them,  they told me they were looking into which I had already emailed pics n quote from the collision center  I'm just stressed the gell out n frustrated cause I can't get any answers, giving me the run around all the time , fed up with this

    I inquired on my 2018 ******* santa fe sport from carevo on may 16th 2025 with 122500 kms on it. As will there is a 2 year unlimited kms. Has will a 2 year warranty on the engine ,transmission , seals,gaskets and water pump etc. and didnt recived the car until may 29 and when it came it had marks on the passager side i send picture to them and never had no responds. So on july 28 i messaged the guy i was dealing with because when i pulled out of my drive way i heard a big bang from the front of the car but no responds. so it was good after a couple of days never heard it then on september 4 2025 i pulled out of the drive way again and heard a big bang again so i was worried about so i made appointment to get it looked at on september 5 at 9;00am so at 2 pm i got it back and the result was i needed 2 front wheel bearings and 2 front struts so i paid for them to look at it was $161 and no money back on this. so i contracted them and told them about it and they said to send a price quate to them so i did then on sept 242025 they said they are not covering it because i have to many kms on it they saisd i have 15000 but when i looked at the kms its only 12656kms i put on it and 2000 was from them or even more where they had to bring it to me. I am also paying 22273.15 for the car so they should fit it and on my contract it says etc on the warranty so tell me what it means when its at the end of a contract to me it would mean everything including these parts . And a friend helped me get my car and never got his $250 so on may 28 2025 they told me to send them his email and never got it its been 4 months so if anyone is looking for a car or anything make sure you look at the reviews.

    I truly tried my best but I cant make heads or tails of this complaint. When you have an issue with your vehicle you take it a mechanic and get a quote! Once you ahve the quote you send it to your warranty company and they let you know what is covered and what is your responsibility.

     I am rejecting this response because:
     At 5 months  old the front end should not be falling off it.  Needs 2 wheel bearings and 2 front struts and i do not have 1500 dollars to fix it at this time usually when you buy a car it lasts more then 5 months with out spending that kind of money on it . and i send the quote to Jordan on the 17th of sept. because i had the car looked at by a garage at my own cost of 161.00 so i should not have to pay for that but to me its a safety complaint because if the wheel bearing goes i can go off the road same has if the strut lets go from the mount. so i need it fixed.

    Carevo does not cover wear and tear repairs to vehicles 5 months after purchase. We have no way of knowing how the vehicle has been maintained while in the customers possession.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    i contracted them as soon has this has happened to the car the first time i told them about this was in sept 5 2025 so it was 4 months and it should not be gone in 4 months if it had an inspection in may when i purchased it. Also when i looked at this car they said that i have  2 year warranty on engine, transmission, seals, and gaskets, water pump, etc. so to me etc means every thing else included. And its a safety issue

    Car Evo sold me a car without the inspection paperwork, only the sticker. The reason why is the exhaust system was faulty, completely rusted out. It would have never passed a real vehicle inspection. When I contacted them about it they said they would call me back soon and deal with it. Weeks went by with no call or text or email, I called back after a few weeks and they said the same thing that they would call back soon, they never did. I contacted the sales person who no longer works for them and they told me that I’m basically screwed, that this is normal practice for them to sell broken cars and never repair them. All I want was for them to complete a real inspection and fix all the issues. Now I’m stranded and can’t get to work, I live in a rural area so there’s no public transportation and I’m going to lose my job. Beware of these scam artists, they are crooks and should be shutdown and barred from selling cars forever.

    All of our vehicles are safety Inspected before they are delivered! Mr. ******** has had possession of the vehicle for 5 months, he purchased in May and reached out to us about the issue in September. We have no idea what he has been doing with the vehicle since it was delivered to him.

    On Febuary 14,2025
    All paperwork was signed by me ***** and my comon-law partner ******* for the Tacoma truck ****** 2016 sr. Even though was no warranty we were told come back if we had any issues with the truck. Within in week after problem started with truck tailgate wouldnt lock and it kept falling off, driverside window was suppost be fixed before buying it was not and now will not fully go down, exhaust needs to fixed. Hood of truck once while flying up, gas cap, alinement ,ac compressor thesee are things that need to be done. I have talked to ******* **** about it and he wanted it me to get the price on paper to him and i told him that of all the shops i went to would not put it on paper for him . I would like him to fix these problems or take this one and trade it in for a better one i told them all of these things that i was having trouble with with in the first week . We tryed many times going in to other location on Dartmouth Rd. We get told person is out back the next day so we tryed again the next day saw person needed to see he ran to the back before open door. Again other people there told us he out sick now wouldnt be in until week later. So we went next to main office in Burnside to talk with *******, he gave run around as well saying he work on it and it turned into months. Then at somepoint ******* told us its too late give any help to fix the truck now. Repairs done to the truck until all fixed it paided by CarEvo or Exchange for another truck.

    I spoke with ***** in regards to his vehicle about 2 months after it was delivered and I told him to get a quote for the work needed. I told him on that day that I couldn't promise that I could get coverage but I would try...6 months later and I am still waiting on a quote for the work to be done.

    ***** should have made this a priority when we first spoke, instead he sent me pictures of business cards for mechanics. We are 8 months post sale, the customer knew there was no warranty at the time of sale and CarEvo will not be taking care of these issues. There is now no way for me to prove there was even an issue in the first place with out a quote.

    Failed the vehicle inspection in NL province and their NS dealer sold me dangerous vehicle

    This vehicle was delivered to the customer on March 19th 2025. It had a valid inspection on the vehicle, the total invoice for the safety inspection was $3,833.27. The customer failed to register her vehicle before her inspection had passed 30 days and had to get a new inspection. The customer was in possession of the vehicle for near 3 months before she sent us the quote for $3000+. We delivered the vehicle with a valid inspection, and there is no way to know how she treated the vehicle while it was in her possession. CarEvo will not be covering this bill.

    I’m reaching out in hopes that someone can assist me with an issue I’m currently facing with a dealership that sold me a vehicle with undisclosed pre-existing damage.

    When I first contacted them about trading in the vehicle due to problems I was experiencing, they were very quick to respond. However, now that I’ve requested they cover the cost of the repairs—issues that were clearly present when the vehicle was sold to me—they have stopped replying to my emails entirely.

    At the time of purchase, I was assured via text message that the vehicle had passed inspection and had no mechanical problems. I still have these messages as proof. Recently, when I brought the vehicle in for a routine oil change, the mechanic pointed out several serious issues—one of which will be quite costly to repair. According to the mechanic, these issues would have existed at the time the vehicle was sold to me.

    I’m very stressed and feel misled. I believe I was sold a vehicle without full disclosure, and now I’m left to deal with the financial and emotional burden.

    I’m seeking guidance on what steps I can take to resolve this issue, or if there are any services or legal options available to me in this situation.

    I got the car back in October and then became unemployed, so my car sat in driveway mostly all winter and could barely afford gas so the mechanic said there is no way these issued happened while under my ownership. I only just got my first oil change two weeks ago.

    Included invoice for the differential. That's what the shop noticed first, the part alone is about $5000- my warranty covers that. But then I took it back in and they discovered many more problems id like the care company to fix since they sold me a car with many issues. Ive attached a screenshot as well from my salesman telling me the car was inspected before I got it.

    This vehicle has been in the possession of the customer for 8 months. There is no way that we, or the mechanic, can speak to how the vehicle was taken care of while it was in the customers possession. We do not take care of issues 8 months after sale that is what warranty is for.

    I am planning on reaching out to this customer today! In a nut shell this customer was approved through ******** and then after a second review of her file they withdrew her approval. It is for this exact reason ******** tells all dealers to make sure the deal is booked before delivery because approvals are subject to change at anytime. To my knowledge this has been explained to the customer by her sales rep. I will call to reiterate.

    I bought a truck from Carevo on Feb 25, 2025. On the same day the check engine light came on so the truck was dropped to their mechanic and they paid for 6 of 8 coils to be replaced and all spark plugs. Then on March 10, 2025 my mechanic was able to take a look at the truck and noticed 4 missing/or broken off in the exhaust manifold. I notified Carevo right away as my mechanic said it will not pass a safety like that. Carevo refused to have the truck repaired. I confirmed with motor vehicle inspection office that the truck should not have passed safety with missing or broken bolts in the exhaust manifold. I also filled out Carevo's complaint form but no one contacted me. I spoke with a lawyer in contract law that also agrees the company should not have sold me the truck like that but encouraged me to tackle this myself with some guidance from him. Since having the vehicle I've found the following issues with it that were not disclosed
    Issues with the truck that were not disclosed found so far
    1. Check engine light (repaired)
    2. 4 bolts missing out the manifold
    3. Coolant resavoire empty indicating a leak somewhere
    4. Roof panel loose
    5. Paint not repaired in full as per my agreement with Carevo
    6. Scalloping brand new tires indicating an issue in the front end
    7. Hose running to firewall rotted.
