The commission documents all complaints and comments. Also on the web site are various notices, news releases and brochures produced for the investor including: How to Spot a Scam Artist and How to Select a Broker. The web site also contains a search engine for the public to find out whether a particlar broker has ever been cited for disciplinary action.
