      I've had nothing but PROBLEMS WITH UNIUNI on two consecutive deliveries for 3rd party vendors with drivers leaving my packages with after hour deliveries to my closed business address and **** it as Delivered. Who does this irresponsible deliveries outside of UniUni? This type of delivery service is actually against its company policy. Go to their website under Support and see Q&A. 1) I CAN'T BE THERE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE, WHAT CAN I DO? AND 2) WILL MY PACKAGE BE AUTOMATICALLY REDELIVERED IF I AM NOT THERE TO RECEIVE IT?If the driver is not able to find a "safe location" to leave the package, they are supposed to bring it back to the warehouse, where we can pick it up or book a second delivery. These drivers are just dumping the packages off unsecured with no notices left. Additionally, it states, If you are sent a notification that your package has a failed delivery attempt, the driver will "automatically" attempt to redeliver your package within 24 hours. This has not happened with my deliveries and no notice given.It appears UniUni hires drivers who are inexperienced and untrained to deliver its packages. There looks to be an app for UniUni drivers for their deliveries.This company needs to get its act together, because it's affecting way too many people with its shoddy service. Not sure what to do next, since I've generated two complaint tickets and was told a supervisor would get back to me, which has not happened. The customer service reps I spoke to were in *************** and UniUni is a ******** company. I think the warehouse in ******************* is listed as: ***************************************************************, which is local for me.

      Absolutely the worst service. They lost a package, lost the replacement, and will probably lose the third (though I'm suggesting the vendor get a reliable shipper). Their customer service reps are **** and hang up on callers.

      The delivery guy left the package outside my door despite telling him not to do that.The parcel went missing.Contacted the company about the missing parcel.Their reply that they left they delivered the parcel and that's it .They didn't even bother that how much stress it caused me.If there is a rating of zero,I'll give it to them.Very unprofessional company.They just don't care.

      My package never got delivered it has been 3 weeks I still have not heard from the company if you call their phone number you sit on hold forever and then you get an automated thing telling you to leave a message and somebody will contact you I have never heard from this company not one time I have submitted two tickets online trying to find out something about my order the delivery confirmation picture shows the inside of their truck not my front door I have a ring doorbell on my door and never saw a delivery person on the day they said it was delivered or after the day and I'm still not heard from this company this place is a complete joke I would never send a package through them if you want it to get to your customer worst experience ever with a delivery company

      Still waiting for my unable to deliver package. This company is useless, my tracking still says, "Sorry we missed you, unable to deliver" its been in this status for over a week. If I could give them 0 stars I would. What a mess!

      This is the worst I have ordered from **** for a while no complaints as long as it comes in the mail but uniuni drivers are so incompetent it is not funny clearly not my door the comes **** they refuse to make it right refuse to return funds or what I purchased the both are theirs and **** has lost a loyal customer for sure

      This company lies. They said "attempted delivery" but never delivers. Both times they claimed attempted delivery and contact, I was at home and never received a phone call.

      They shipping is the worst yea they gave me a gift card for the last two order. I order another order w **** and it went through yall this the only company I never get my order now my order is stuck at airport no undo are tracking this was for my birthday gift ****.. this company delivery need to do better

      Got a message of Failed Delivery Attempt due to wrong address. I have ordered from **** using the same address 10 times and with no issues.Called 2x and been on queue for at least for 45 minutes. When I get to the 2nd and 3rd queue, I will get a message the customer service is not available. Please leave a message. The form to create a ticket is not working. What is working in this company.I have requested **** not to use UNIUNI to deliver my future orders. Either they have bad lazy drivers or just don't know logistics at all.

      I ordered a package through **** and the delivery service driver only stopped and threw my package onto the curb. Thankfully it wasnt anything breakable and I was able to pick it up pretty quickly. Theres no way I can find to make a complaint through UniExpress so I just notified the seller so hopefully they dont have orders get lost or stolen through this kind of thing.
