      My parcel was delivered this morning on SilverwoodRoad, Saskatoon. It was just tossed in the middle of the front step, near the edge, clearly visible to the street, sidewalk, school ground...anyone walking by.

      Would give less starts if I could. Do not use this company if waiting on any deliveries. I have ordered from temu for the past several years. I have stopped since they are now using this company to do their deliveries. I live on the 3rd floor, package clearly has my unit number, and both times package was just thrown on walk way of 1st floor and was stolen. I have stopped ordering from temu now that they have had this horrible company doing their deliveries.

      The UniUni delivery person left my package outside the main door of the apartment complex I live in. He never brought it up to my place or never even left it in the lobby. As a senior I find this level of service quite disturbing.When I went down to retrieve the package it was no where in sight. Eventually I contacted uniuni and asked where my package is. They said it had been delivered and sent a photo. The photo was taken by the delivery agent I suppose. It showed the front door to the apartment and the tiny little package outside in the dark. I can only imagine someone must have walked off with it since its beside a public sidewalk. Maybe the delivery agent walked off with it??So far I had response initially from uniuni buy now they are ignoring my emails for refund or inquiry to where my package is.

      Horrendous. I order from **** - and any time *** is in charge of delivery there are 0 issues and package is in front of my door with no problem. However, any time UniUni is in charge of delivering a shipment they ***** go every time. First time, the package was in front of the NEIGHBORS garage and my neighbor told me he almost drove over it pulling out. Second time, package was on top of everyone elses mail boxes - packages get stolen there - all the driver had to do was walk 2 feet to my door. Today, was the worst of the worst. The driver (lack of a better word) proudly took a picture showing delivery but he delivered to a street down from me - we recognized the building. I drove down there showing the picture to a tenant and she said yes I did get your package but I put it to the mailboxes since its wrong address. Of course it wasnt there. Either stolen, or she does have it and wants to keep it. UniUni drivers are the worst, lazy, and clearly can care less where your package ends up. Did I say lazy???? I contacted **** and told them never ever will I order from them again so long as they use UniUni as a delivery service. They promised me they will make sure only *** will deliver my orders from now on. UniUni, I hope you go out of business - not one time have you ever got the delivery right - not once. Shame on you.

      I bought a few items from the on-line store Temu. Two of my UniUni packages that were supposed to be delivered to my home in ************** were stolen because the mail courier driver was leaving my packages outside even though I told them multiple times not to leave my packages outside and I asked them to call me when they were coming into my building. They never called me when they came and one UniUni driver came once to my home around 11:35 P.M.They promised that they were going to refund me but they are not sending me the refund for the two packages that were stolen from me. The refund is less than $8 US Dollars but they are not sending me my refund that they promised me.I **** them the receipts that they requested by email and I have requested this refund request since the beginning of the month November and it is already December 24th.I haven't got the refund yet. They are also ignoring my email messages and my requests for a phone call back.They are also ignoring my phone calls and email messages. I don't think they want to send me the refund and they are waiting for me to be tired and to give up.This is very wrong from this mail courier company.       If I could leave zero stars I would. Package was out for delivery on 11/19, never arrived & status not updated for a week. I reached out to the company & on 12/4 my package was returned to the warehouse. They said they needed to update my delivery info, even though everything they had was correct. They then said they would try to deliver again & I should have my package in 7 business days. It has been 12 business ************** has changed in my tracking. It has now been over a month since my original out for delivery date & still no package. I live in *******, not some rural area that is difficult to get to. There is no excuse for this poor service. If you have UniUni as an option to ship, choose anything else.

      UniUni routed my package from the destination city to a different city all together, after it was received. Their customer service was rude and unprofessional in trying to resolve the issue and blamed me for the mistake. They are refusing to tell me when or how to acquire my package, basically holding hostage. ******* ****** ****** ** *******. *** * ****** **** ***** ** ****** **** **** ******* ********
