      They delivered my single package to the door of someone in my building who was receiving 4 packages, so that person received 5 packages. The photo of 5 packages that UniUni said they delivered to me was proof that they delivered mine to the wrong door. Luckily I was able to figure out who it was that received my package amongst theirs by the picture of their front door. UniUni was of no help and were unapologetic after involving the police in the matter!

      Yes ********, this company is a total disaster. Like others, they said attempts were made to deliver my package. I was home all day both days and no attempts were made. This morning they said my package was available for pick ** in *******. They advised me of this by email at 8:30 AM. 3 hours later they said they made another attempt to deliver. How can this be if my package was there for pickup. In addition to being a not very good courier, their folks are not very good liars either. Additionally I am in South ******/********** and there is no way I am driving to ******* to pick up a package they are supposed to deliver. Awful company. Try to contact them, that is another story all in itself. Their **** rating is truly even lower as you are forced to leave one star, so in essence it is really a .68 out of 5 rating.

      Their Customer Service is extremely horrible! My tracking number been showing out for delivery for 2 days. This guy's walking to deliver my package??? I have emailed and called and still haven't heard anything!!!

      Absolutely worst customer service of any delivery/courier service I have experienced. We live in a secure apartment building and the drivers do NOT call or buzz. They show up, mark their log that they attempted delivery and take the package back to Hamilton (from St Catharines) and email to picknup in Hamilton, which is a 1 hour each way to pick up the package. We pay for delivery and then have to take time and spend money to get from Hamilton.

      I get the same "scripted " response each time from UniUni and the service does NOT improve. I have no option on who seller uses for fulfillment, unfortunately. I would NEVER choose to use UniUni.

      First time hearing of these guys. The owner of UniUni and the drivers are clearly running some sort of **** where they steal people's packages and resell them or something. There is no way that this many **** address deliveries is normal. I ordered a very expensive electronic item that was shipped from ***** and then handed off to UniUni for final delivery. My package said delivered - I didn't see it. Mind you, My package was being delivered to a business with no residential mailbox. I pulled up delivery photos and the driver had left my electronic item in its manufacturing packaging on the ground under a mailbox on the road. Does this sound fishy yet? Their website says they take a photo with the house number in the picture but the house number was not visible in my delivery photos, therefore, I couldn't even attempt to retrieve my package at the wrong address myself if I had wanted to. I called customer service, they said they would attempt to contact the driver and make a ticket for me. I of course heard nothing after that. Then a few days later, I got an email saying my ticket was resolved when I heard NOTHING. I am going to keep reopening tickets until they respond to me, and each time, I will take their survey and state that I am extremely dissatisfied. These guys are ****mers and are taking pictures of these "deliveries" knowing they haven't delivered anything because they are thieves and ****mers. BEWARE. They don't deserve one star.

      This is the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with. The delivery drivers are extremely rude, yelling at me over the phone. The driver wanted me to open the door to my condo building but wouldn't understand I wasn't home and she had to use the intercom system to get access to the building. They don't even understand how to use intercom systems and just kept yelling at me "open the door". She was completely rude and seemed really frustrated as soon as she phoned me, not even identifying who was phoning at first. I've stopped ordering from a company I like because they use this terrible excuse for a courier company

      Uni Uni supposedly delivered a package to my door. I am in a condo and they should not have come to my suite without using the buzzer number I supplied on my order. They took a picture showing it was delivered to the unit but I never got the package. I have packages coming frequently and have never had this issue. Now I am out money as well as the contents of the package. I would give them a minus rating. The package was delivered on Mar 29/23. We were home all day and in and out the door (always one of us at home) but never saw the parcel.

      I personally worked for this company. Started and it was unorganized so my coworkers and i helped organize the warehouse. Then, they hired contractors and stopped calling their employees; replacing us great workers with them. We all we went a month with no work. Continuously told theres no work for us UniUni employees, yet the contractors were going in nearly daily, if not daily taking our, what was supposed to be full time, pay. I had to resign myself from the company due to the organizational issues, management issues, and having my job stolen out from under me. I loved this job and hate that ** having to make a review like this, but you cant run a business without taking your employees into consideration.

      Horrible service. I ordered through Birdy Grey and entered my address correctly on their website. When the order was transferred to UniUni, someone entered the address incorrectly so it wasn't able to be delivered. I had to call twice to get the address properly updated. It has been over 2 weeks since the package was returned to the warehouse and I haven't heard anything yet. I reached out to their customer service email over a week ago and have yet to hear any response.

      I ordered goods delivered by UniUni express, from emmoil. Uniuni express delivered to the wrong address in my college campus, and I tried contacting customer service Through phone calls, voicemails, and emails, which were all ignored and not replied to. I sent proof from my mailroom (the address I set) that the package was delivered to the wrong address, showing the difference in surroundings compared to their confirmation photo. Addition to this, I also sent a screenshot of my mailroom/post offices manager stating the package was never delivered and received on their end and I should contact the carrier to get a refund on my goods. In order to get my refund from the company, I needed to get the case number from uniuni express but they will not contact me back in any form, and will NOT admit their wrongs from emmoils end. Resulting in me not able to get back my refund as a financially struggling college student. I would like my case number from UNIUNI express, and a contact back from their company as soon as possible, very disappointed in the express and the company as this is my first time receiving anything on their end. I have the delivery tracking number, and all the emails, receipts, in hand if needed.
