Id give zero stars if possible. My package was missing an item the seller said to contact uniuni they took over two weeks to get back to me and just told me to contact the seller. Its a complete joke. Terrible service. ******** delivery. Its just random people showing up in their own cars like **** or something.

My order was "delivered" on 02/15/2025, however it was to my address. The confirmation photo shows an outdated picture of my house and a different front porch.

Wish I could give a lower rating.Never received my package. Falsely state that the package was left at my front door (it was not)Company is extremely unhelpful in acknowledging their responsibility.

I have very expensive packages being delivered and have ring doorbell video of the packages being thrown at my door and then a picture bring taken. Why would you employee people who don't care about what they are delivering? Awful experience.

I'm certainly not surprised they're not accredited. I received an email from UniUni delivery service saying"Hooray ******** your package has been delivered only to find a package for a (**** Bali}who lives somewhere in a new developement nearby. I checked the Email again to find the correct delivery photo of MY package. I sent the photo of ******* Package to UniUni. and they promptly sent a "LOST" package document and a Good Luck to you implication. I'm in an ongoing dispute with Zimomo PTE. ***. the ********** of the website "FULLOFCARTS" where I purchased a laptop holder for $36.98.USD and now ****** is involved. Good Luck indeed!! **************************. I won't hold my breath! Thanks for letting me vent! ***** Cable in ******

I believe that my package was intentionally "delivered" to the wrong house. The "delivery driver" made it a point to take pictures of the wrong house, assuming that my family and I are too stupid to figure it out. Unfortunately for this company, you took pictures of a house that has very accomplished residents and that my mother was able to find. My package was stolen by this company and my proof will be sent to my local law enforcement. BBB needs to seriously open up an active investigation with this company and remove their "accredited BBB" rating. They are criminals!!!

Based in ***********, this company doesnt publish their delivery area, yet they accept the vendors contracts. UniUni first refused to deliver to Mission (it was a Christmas gift for the resident). When I asked if I could pick it up in ********, I was told they dont have that service available, and that I had to contact the vendor to have my order redirected. After complaining, I was told to provide alternate delivery addresses, and found they wont deliver to ***************. They finally consented to deliver my package to a friend who lives near the airport (closer to ********). The order was finally delivered to my friends home. Now I have to drive to the *****************, then drive to Mission and deliver the gift ordered in December. The postal strike wasnt helpful since Customs was involved, but the time wasted trying to get a service already purchased was definitely a red flag for both UniUni and the vendor, ***********. Do not use either of these companies if you wish professional, efficient customer service.

      Dear *****,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with your package delivery. We understand how important it is to receive orders as expected, especially during the holiday season, and we regret that we were unable to accommodate your original delivery request.
As a last-mile carrier, UniUni operates within specific service areas, and at this time, we do have restrictions on certain delivery locations, including Mission and ***************. While we strive to expand our coverage, these limitations can sometimes result in the need for alternate delivery arrangements.
We acknowledge that the postal strike and customs delays added further strain to shipping timelines and contributed to the challenges you faced. We appreciate your patience in working with our team to find a suitable alternative delivery location, and we regret the additional effort required on your part to retrieve your package.
We value your feedback and will continue to assess ways to improve our service coverage and communication regarding delivery restrictions. If there is anything further we can assist with, please do not hesitate to reach out.
      Best regards,

      UniUni
