      Support is non existent. They attempted 3 times to deliver a package, apparently to the wrong address so you would think that "having a wrong address" would require address adjustment which is impossible to fix. There is no way to get any support or fix "wrong address" because all of the "delivery" and "online" phone numbers are bogus, you just get immediately disconnected. The "online help" is non existent too because i submitted a "online form". and whole week has gone by without any responses (they claim 1-3 business days response). It seems whole support is non-existent and its only on paper to satisfy "business registration requirement".I cant get a refund from TEMU because they are "attempting to deliver" package and i cant do anything about them stating that package cant be delivered....       I ordered this product (motorcycle helmet) on May 23, 2024. I have yet to receive the product even though the website says a delivery attempt was made and I apparently rejected the product. This is a false report made by the company. This is also the second time I have dealt with them and false reporting was made. They do not make actual attempts to deliver packages. Their customer service doesn't do anything to resolve complaints. This is a shame that hard earned american money is being scammed from this company. I would Like to see justice prevail and have this company suffer ramifications for this horrible service.

      Waiting for my package to be delivered. Seems like this is the only way to get Uniuni's attention. Tracking number UD00000000362080. A delivery attempt was made five days ago late at night when I wasn't home. A request to just leave the package wasn't honored. I called customer service but a recording said that they were pleased to announce that all customer service was now happening online. So, you can't actually talk to a customer service representative and the posted turn around time on a ticket is an incredible 1-3 days.I filed a service ticket. And then another. And then another. Three, over the course of five days. I have yet to hear back about any of them.Meanwhile, the tracking page was updated the day after the attempted delivery noting that a reattempt would be made in ***** hours. Five days later, still nothing. No further updates.I'm not sure what you folks are playing at. I understand you're newish and inexpensive and, frankly, it shows.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Package delivery, while indeed important, was the least of my concerns while dealing with you folks. That particular matter is resolved.

      What is not resolved, until it can be proven otherwise, is the brick wall that concerns communication. There are still multiple support tickets for which I received no response (and at this point no response is required). When calling the customer support number I'm told that you're "pleased" to inform me that all support is now handled online.

      The one response support ticket response that I received clearly did not look into the matter with to any depth and simply regurgitated that a delivery attempted would be made in ***** hours from the failed delivery--even though it was five days past that delivery attempt.

      So my core complaint about communication remains.

      Uniuni said they attempted to deliver my package but couldn't, I was home all day and no signature was required,so they flat out lied, and now won't answer their support line or my tickets I filed online. So I'm out a 60$ package from aliexpress.

      The delivery drivers constantly report as unable to deliver at time when the business is open. Is it that difficult to enter the business and leave the package with the front desk clerk? Worst, one driver left a package on the curb to be stolen, in front of the business, on a Friday night, knowing that the business would be closed for two days.Despite having contacted uniuni by email and support ticket multiple times, no resolution is offered and many of my packages are still not delivered, nor redelivered at all. Why can ********* and ***** deliver without any problem but Uniuni can't. If they don't want to deliver at that address, then do not accept the package to start with and transfer to a carrier that will.And the support is terrible, when you try to call by phone, you are put in a queue for over 1 1/2 hours and when eventually it's your turn to get answered, they hang up on you. Same with email and support tickets: you receive an automated email that said you will get an answer within 1 to 3 business days, but most of the time you don't or you receive a generic email asking for your address and phone number that were already included in the initial ticket or email.Here are some of the tracking numbers of packages that I never received, got lost or can't get delivered:UUSC000001683359 UUSC000001584335 UUSC000001762059 UUSC000001761399 UUSC000001909172 UUSC000002025549 UUSC000002032069 UUSC000002061322 I would like a supervisor to contact me to address the delivery issue and make sure that all these packages are redelivered as requested.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This answer unfortunately does not address multiple problems:

      1/ I have still not been contacted by your local supervisor despite your insurance to do so in your first answer.


      2/ While it is understandable that you could not deliver to a PO Box address as you dont know the physical address of the box and you also cannot access the box itself, the **** street addressing for PO Box has solved that issue. Not only it is using a physical address that you can locate and deliver to, but also **** agents on site will accept and sign for package and letters from any carrier that is addressed to such a premium PO Box customer (see *****************************************************).So there is no legal nor logistic reason why you could not deliver to such an address. It is only a corporate decision on your side not to do so. While you state that shippers are aware of your limitations, obviously they are not as they are using your services to ship to my address. Also the list of CMRA addresses is well known and available to any shipping company, so you could have refused to handle the packages to start with and transfer them to a carrier that routinely deliver there like ****, Fedex or **** But you did not and instead are holding my packages hostage.


      3/ Your drivers have posted multiple false statements for their failure to deliver. Multiple times they use the reason of no contact or absent during business hours when there was someone to receive the package. Due to this rejection reason, the sellers are refusing to refund me as they put the blame on me for not having anyone to receive the packages.


      4/ Your customer service is absolutely useless. I tried to call the phone number provided and was put on hold for more than one and half hours.When eventually it was my turn to be helped, your employee hung up on me. The multiple tickets and email exchanges further exemplify the lack of support, I have been told everything and its opposite. I was promised delivery during business hours but the next day the driver shows an exception before or after business hours. You asked me for the address or phone number that was already provided in the prior message. You make promises that you are not holding up to.


      5/ Regarding UUSC000001683359 while it shows as delivered in your system, it was left on a Friday evening after business hours, on the curb,in a business plaza No wonder it was stolen. You asked me to make a claim and I did; You confirmed having received my claim and told me you will reimburse me within a few days. I have never received the payment promised.


      6/ I provided you with a one-time alternate delivery address to solve temporarily this issue with all these holding packages. You have not followed up on it despite your promises and these packages are still not delivered.

      So obviously all your statements from the beginning have been misleading or blatant lies. I am notifying all my suppliers that I will not purchase from them anymore as long as they are using UniUni for their delivery.It is totally unacceptable that you are refusing to deliver to addresses that other carriers are routinely servicing. Also, it is totally unacceptable that your drivers and your customer service representatives are making false statements.

      The only progress since your last answer is that we eventually received the refund payment for the lost package that was promised a month ago.

      I was supposed to receive my package on Wednesday. I was called at 10 pm, which I did not answer. it was the driver. I tried calling next day, and it never answers. The company, Uni uni is ignoring my emails. There is no phone. I just want my package. First they said 24 to 48 hrs, and now it's same next day. I see tons of complaints. The sender won't help, Colorpop, they won't even reply. I don't want to do a chargeback, but if that is my only recourse. Problem is the chargeback is for colorpop who isn't responsible for UNIUNI

      I have not received my package, I got an email with a fail delivery attempt but that is my address on the package. No one knocked on my door I was home all day. I stayed on hold on the phone for 2 Hrs and no one ever answered. I need that package by the 6th! Its very important and fragile. As I did spend a lot of money on this package I didnt expect to have so much trouble receiving it.

      This delivery company is stealing people's packages and never delivering them. LP00654260958155 this is my tracking number. Uniuni has marked it as delivered time and date stamped as June 2nd 2024 at 5:15 pm. I have video that recorded activity on my property and clearly show my front porch as well as my mailbox. No one ever delivered a parcel to my address on that date. This isn't the first time this company hasn't delivered my packages, infact every time they have been the party that was contracted to deliver my packages I never received them.

      My delivery was marked as failed and I've emailed twice with no response from the company. It's been 3 weeks they've had my package and I don't think I'll ever get it.
