      UniUni is some kind of delivery service. I had never heard of them before, and did not opt to use their services. I was told this week that they had a package for me but would not be delivering it to my address, which was correct and accurate. There were no impediments to being able to complete the delivery. Every other service manages to deliver my mail without issue. Their automated email said I could either provide an alternate address (I have none) or pick up the package from their warehouse. I tried to contact them twice via their support ticket system, but have still not received a response and it has been four business days. I contacted them via phone yesterday and was told that I had to provide an alternate address, and that there is no warehouse in the ** (anywhere near me), that they only have warehouses in ******. The person on the phone had no other information and was not listening, kept repeating those same two pieces of information until I gave up and ended the call. I have contacted them again via their support ticket system, expecting no response anytime soon. I assume they have stolen the package they were supposed to deliver.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They could easily deliver my property to the post office, just as easily as they deliver to anywhere else. Other UniUni customers have confirmed that ******************** drivers have been able to walk into their places of business, some of them requiring special permission to enter, to drop deliveries at the front desk. Every other delivery service manages to do this simple thing. They walk in the post office, just as they'd walk into any business, and drop the parcel off at the front desk. I have never had an issue with any delivery service until now, and I have had this address for >5 years. UniUni is not impeded in any way from doing this, they simply do not want to. 

      They do not have warehouses in *****************, as their phone representative informed me. Other delivery services provide the option to pick up the parcel at their warehouse location, but UniUni does not permit this. 

      Also, they ignored all of my attempts to contact them (except the time I called them, and sat on hold for 40 minutes) until they received this BBB complaint. I'm feel certain they would never have returned any of my messages if I hadn't filed a BBB complaint.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Your earlier response contained exactly the same rote phrasing I've been told at least a dozen times by now. How about you answer my specific complaints, instead of copy + pasting something generic? I will keep this process with BBB going for as long as their system allows, until you do. 

      I did not select to use UniUni's services. I placed an order, and was told the order would be delivered via ****. I had never even heard of UniUni before I received the first email from you saying that UniUni had my property in their possession, but would not be delivering it. Your policies were not known to me when I placed the order. Again, I did not know your company existed and I did not opt to use your services.

      Your policies apparently were not known to the sender either, because they entrusted your company with the delivery. But UniUni knows its own policies, clearly. So why did UniUni accept the responsibility of delivering my property when the address was clearly a post office? Does UniUni regularly accept and take payment for the delivery of packages that are undeliverable?

      That's the first part of my complaint: UniUni accepted my package and received payment for it from the sender, even though you *knew* that you could not deliver it. 

      The second part of my complaint is that you gave me no alternative way of claiming or receiving the package. Every delivery service I've ever heard of allows the recipient to come collect their mail at the company's facility if delivery could not be completed. For some reason, this is not an option for UniUni. Your representative said it is because UniUni only has warehouses in ******. But that is absurd. The person who "attempted" (never actually attempted) to deliver my package to the post office didn't drive to ***************** from somewhere over the Canadian border. You could have given me the address of a location where I could collect my property. Literally every other delivery service makes this possible. 

      Third part of my complaint is that I was told by your representative that you deliver to business addresses. That your drivers are capable of taking the package inside a building and dropping it off at the front desk. That is precisely what it takes to deliver to a post office. You open a door, walk up to a counter and drop off the package with absolutely no wait. The counter is full of packages because *literally every other* delivery service does this. Without a fuss. Without confusion. It's not hard. 

      I would like an actual response, from someone who has actually read what I've taken the time to write here. I wouldn't have filed a complaint, regardless of what else transpired, if you had only responded to my *specific* queries at any point when I tried to contact you directly. I made at least five attempts by different methods. Your refusal to respond to customer queries makes your company seem dishonest and very unprofessional.

      UniUnis Delivery Policy UniUni does not deliver to PO Boxes, including post office locations. This policy is outlined in our FAQs and is a standard industry practice for many courier services. While we understand that you did not personally select UniUni as your courier, the shipping method is determined by the sender, not by us.
      Acceptance of the Parcel The parcel was handed over to UniUni by the sender as part of their logistics process. UniUni does not control how vendors choose their couriers or which addresses they input. The sender selected our service for the final-mile delivery, and our system flagged the address as undeliverable upon processing. When this happens, the parcel is returned to the sender at no cost to the recipient.
      Pickup Option Unlike traditional retail carriers, UniUni operates a non-public warehouse system, meaning our facilities are not set up for in-person parcel pickups. We understand that this differs from other courier services you may be familiar with, but this is a core part of our operational model.
      Delivery to Businesses vs. PO Boxes While UniUni delivers to business addresses, a post office is not a business location where deliveries can be accepted in the same manner. Other couriers may have different agreements with postal locations, but UniUni follows its own delivery policies and procedures.
      We regret that this situation has not met your expectations, but at this time, the parcel is being returned to the sender, and we encourage you to contact the vendor to discuss a replacement or an alternative shipping method.

      So they finally responded after weeks of attempts on my part to elicit any kind of non-rote response. This is not a win for UniUni. The sender keeps telling me they have received no communication from UniUni of any kind regarding the package that UniUni claims to have returned to them. I'm left to conclude, as many, many people unfortunate enough to deal with UniUni regularly attest online, that they have stolen the package contents.

      I had multiple packages not be able to be delivered to a military base. I called UNIUNI and gave them an address they could deliver to and was told it would be delivered within 10 business days and haven't seen either order. UUS4CA0833712479277- I received an email from them 12/31/24 saying i would recieve my items within 10 business days and again nothing - The alternate address i gave them was ********************************************************* - We asked if we could go to the warehouse and pick up the package and they said that option was not available but it would be delivered to me at the alternate address. They have not responed to any adtl emails about the delivery.

      Delivery date - 30th Dec 2024 Issue - Invalid Proof of Delivery (just received the picture of front door with no package kept in front of it, no calls or no contact before delivery, even the mail got to me 10 minutes after the delivery)Later on, I contacted the team and was in conversation for around 10 days, later on came to the conclusion that the proof of delivery provided by the uniuni was stated invalid and they told me they will be refunding my money by Wednesday because all their transactions take place on Wednesday. So I gave them the email address for e-transfer as well as my receipt of the package and they said its approved and I will get my refund by Wednesday.Yesterday I mailed for follow-up and today Im getting the reply - it cannot be authorized because the seller refused to provide refund, why would seller do it? They handed the parcel to you and it was uniuni services that failed to deliver the package safely.I need a solution to this.I already had enough of them. They are not even replying to my mails now.The package was worth 197.40$I would be glad if you could do anything to this.

      I ordered a Christmas gift for my Daughter-In-Law. Unfortunately the company shipped item with UNIUNI. When the gift failed to arrive I started trying to track it. Their customer support system sucks! ****************** **************** has stated they had two unsuccessful delivery attempts to an address in ************. Their tracking shows arrival in ****** Tx. on 12/27/2024. They show a failed delivery on 12/28/2024 and another on 1/3/2025. Both attempts are false. We know this because there are multiple cameras on my sons house and there is no evidence of them arriving. Also, my son works from home and receives multiple packages weekly from all of the national delivery services.

      I ordered merchandise that was assigned to be delivered by *******--but I have experienced the WORST customer service from ******* EVER.I ordered merchandise with my correct delivery address. The Address was intentionally changed with an incorrect digit, then I received a message that the delivery failed due to an incorrect address.I followed instructions to change the incorrect address on their online customer service site,contacted their customer service number and spoke to TWO agents, who stated that they changed the address online, and that the delivery will be attempted the next business day.The following day I received another email stating that an "attempted delivery failed due to an incorrect address".       On January 3 I placed an order for a St. ******* pendant and was given a delivery date of January *****. I have been tracking the order through the TikTok shop and it was shown as being in ******* as of the 11th with no further updates on their end to provide me with current tracking. I have attempted to use their ridiculous chat bot and got nothing but pre recorded answers. Calling them is an all day affair which entails sitting on the phone for hours. I keep getting interrupted and have to hang up and start the waiting game all over again. Can someone at least answer the phone? I want my pendant by the end of the day on the 16th or I will be a lot harsher than I am right now.

      the package was out for delivery on Saturday, January 11th, 2025 then a little later I got a message saying failed delivery, I was home all day and no one came to deliver my package, then 1/13 I got a notification that failed delivery and returned to the warehouse. when I called today and told them that no one delivered my package they would not tell me the address to pick up the package and even where my package is. this is an important package and I would like to get my package. when you call the phone number it takes 30 minutes or more, there is no live chat on there website and they try and tell you they cant give you the address to the warehouse is.       I am rejecting this response because:

         I paid a lot of money for this package, as well am paying monthly on the package until it is paid off and do not have my items. I have requested a call from the supervisor of UNIUNI and have received no call back. I have Asked for the address and phone number to the wear house and they wont give it to me. I want my package. This is very unprofessional on how they deal with customers. They are conducting very unprofessional business.
