    the company is based in ******* , says they have had my package since may 12th was delayed delivery they dont have a working phone and will not reply to emails i would just like my package . this is their inforomation but they do not contact u back . even if i dont get my package how are they running a bussiness with no working phones and refusing to reply to my 10 emails

    Purchased an item off of Etsy. Said item was to be delivered through PDN. Got an update saying that during the time of delivery (10:17 pm) nobody answered the buzzer. However, multiple family members at home said nobody at all had paged the house at any given time. Delivery driver did not do bare minimum of even placing parcel someplace where I could access it and leaving an email/text/call about it. I have tried to contact customer service about this but their phone line is dead, will not pick up no matter what. Email is unresponsive, I have no way to get ahold of anyone. Supposed warehouse location in ******** isn't even given. I am beyond frustrated. I do not want money in return, I simply want my package delivered.

    Myself, along with MANY others have ordered a package that they do not deliver. My packaged arrived in their hands 5 days ago has not moved and has not been updated. They do not have a working phone number and do respond to emails. Several people have said they lie a out delivering or just never deliver. Been 4 hour drive away from me for 5 days with no updates and zero response. They are clearly stealing packages and or not doing their job.

    Purchased items from Temu (never had any previous delivery issues from other delivery services) and received notification that package had arrived in ****** and was picked up by PDN Express May *******. Receiving updates weekly that the package is out for delivery but then changes to "Scheduled delivery - Next cycle delivery". I have made multiple attempts to contact using their information from the website with no response.

    PDN express is a supposed courier company in ******. I had a parcel picked up by them at the ****************************** on Monday, May 26. The phone numbers for the company dont work. I did send one email and all I got back was that it will be delivered in one to three days. The reviews of the company are terrible. The company I purchased the item from overseas has done all they can and are sending me another product via more reputable courier company.

    I ordered 5 items from Temu on May 14th, 2025 a total of $******** package was picked up by PDN express on May 25th, at approximately 8:29AM.I received a notification that my package was out for delivery with PDN Express on May 25th, 2025 at approximately 9:08AM.I have not received an further updates on my order, and I have not received the package. I have tried to call all of the phone numbers that are listed on Temu and the PDN Express Website, which are all either have disconnected phone lines, are unreachable, with no voicemail options. (phone numbers: *********************3).I have sent 3 emails in the last 2 days to their company customer service, and have received no responses.I have viewed online that this company does not have a listed address or physical location.The location I put in was found through a forum, but may not be the company's address.This company has an extensive track record online of the same behavior with other customers.I am concerned that this company is operating in a very concerning way, and may possibly be scamming customers. Could you please assist with resolving this issue?I also implore you to launch an investigation into this company.
