They told me they tried to deliver my package but the door is always open with concierge from the hours of 11am to 8pm when they said they tried to deliver and there was no attempt. I got a email saying the package was sent back to their facility but there was no number and i sent out emails that were not responded to. My package was sent on September 4th and the delivery timeframe is supposed to be 8 to 12 days maximum. It is now 14 days and there are no news on the package and no one answering me. The delivery company PDN Express does not answer emails. They have two phone numbers on their website and both are out of service. The package has been in their ******** facility for 2 days with no updates. All online reviews say this delivery company are scammers so I don't understand why companies still work with them. They need to be held accountable because I just lost a LOT of time and money because of this inconvenience. I hope you guys can help me..Initial Complaint

Company is absolutely useless at delivering packages and there is no way to contact them. I had a package that said delivery was attempted but address could not be found. Address was correct on my package and they posted a photo of the building across the street from me 10 feet from my building, so not sure how they didnt see my giant apartment with giant numbers on it. They have a fake phone number listed and they dont answer emails. They are holding my package hostage.Initial Complaint

PDN Express was supposed to deliver a package containing an item I ordered on **** (attached).First, they posted tracking updates (attached) that *falsely* indicated that the package had been delivered to the destination address (*********************************************). It had *not* been delivered. The phone numbers on the *** website (**************************************) don't work. After multiple e-mails to them (*******************@***************************, they finally responded with an e-mail admitting the delivery attempt had failed, and the package was actually sitting in a warehouse. In an e-mail reply, I agreed to pick up the package from the warehouse. They then e-mailed back, providing me with a warehouse address in *******. I went there and found only an abandoned building there. The "warehouse" apparently does not exist. Repeated follow-up e-mails went entirely unanswered.Package contents: valued at $450 USD Delivery fee: $10 Note, this "company" has a similar name to a legitimate delivery service (PDE Express) to confuse customers. I think it's actually a fraud, where they re-sell the package contents (instead of delivering the package) and pocket the delivery fee.Initial Complaint

I Oder something through AliExpress. And my seller decided to ship with PDN express. Its been many days since my order was supposed to be delivered. I tried contacting them with both of the numbers and neither of them are theres no way ofcontacting them after a little bit of research. It shows that this is not the first time that they have done something like this they are horrible delivery service, Who steals peoples packages. Delivery ******* has been withholding a parcel since August 7th. The business operates with a phone line that is not habilitated to receive call nor they answer any email. Simply there is no way to contact the company. There are several complains of the same tenure.
