******* has had my pkg since May 30th. The phone number goes to no one and you cannot leave a message. They do not answer emails. I got one response from them after sending many emails. They only responded once I mentioned scam but the response was just sorry. No resolution no date for delivery of my pkg. They did not leave a name in the email. My order status did change to out for delivery June 14th after I mentioned scam but as of June 20th they have not delivered. It still says out for delivery. They are in ******* I am in ****** 2 hours away. They have no address listed so you cannot even go and pick up your pkg. It seems the business is a scam. Package arrive to PDN Express in ******* on May 22 2025. They then held the package for 16 days before claiming it was out for delivery after being contacted multiple times by the business the package originated from. I have still not received my package. I have tried multiple times to call them from both ************ and **********. Both numbers do not ring they simply say cannot receive messages and hangs up. I have sent approx. 4-5 emails to *******************@************************** and they have not responded. I even tried messaging through ******** and it has gone unread. I have read 100s of similar complaints online regarding this same issue of not receiving packages. I have no way to contact this company as these are the only options available on their website. I want an update on my package. I feel like this company is a scam and is stealing packages.Customer Answer

I made a purchase from ****, they used this company PDN Express to deliver. The tracking on this package has been absolutely horrendous. my package cleared customs on may *******. They did not pick up my package until may 25, 2025. The tracking continues to go on and say that the delivery was delayed and then goes on to state that my package was returned to the local facility. Then goes on to say that my package was then collected again by the courier. Now my package is supposed to be out for delivery. It has been out for delivery since June 6th, 2025 and i have yet to see anything. Yes Temu has been good enough to refund my money but that does not give me the package that is currently in their possession. I have tried to call all of their contact phone numbers and all the machine states is that the number your calling can not receive any messages and then disconnects. I have tried emailing there customer service email and they will not have any communication with me. all i want is my package as it was an important present and this company is deciding to with hold it for some unknown reason. Something needs to be done with this company as its not fair that they are doing this.Initial Complaint

I ordered product and this was the delivery company that was assigned to ship and deliver my order however they claimed that the address given could not be located sent me a text message stating that so they had my phone number correct never tried to reach out to me to do the delivery or with issues with the address. I tried calling them on the phone numbers listed it just says the caller cannot receive voicemails at this time it's not even a company phone there's no information or correct address for them listed on ****** at all I tried to send them emails they did not respond to my email I have no way of knowing where my items are and there's no resolution they are completely unreachable. PDN Express "attempted" to deliver my package, but I received no phone calls or buzzer alerts the day of, despite being at home all day waiting for the delivery. I have emailed over 10 times and have not received a response, and calls to the phone number listed on the website are unanswered, and there is no option to leave a voice mail. There was no attempted delivery slip left at my building, and I have no other way to try to get a hold of PDN to collect my package, as there is also no address listed for them.Initial Complaint

This is for the *************** location.I purchased items with **** who used this delivery company. They have had my package since May 18 and it is now June 8 - tracking says it was returned to the local facility and they are redelivering the package however they are not. Many complaints about this company
