I purchased an item that was to be delivered locally by PDN express. It has not been delivered as yet.According to ******* tracking, the item is being returned to sender. The attached is a copy of the tracking shown on Universal Parcel tracking. I have sent several emails thelast of which read as follows:"May I ask the status of this shipment? You claimed your previous delivery attempts failed because no one answered your driver's call. Your driver must have made a mistake because I was home and on my porch at the supposed times.Would you please deliver the item ASAP."I have had no replies and there is no answering to telephone calls.Initial Complaint

I ordered a package for $274 USD which comes out to $375 CAD. *** has had my package for a week now as of June 3rd, 2025. I have been tracking my package 4PX3001837309127CN and there is no updates. I have emailed them three times as of today July 11th, 2025 with no response. I have checked ******** and it seems as if this is an ongoing problem with this company. I placed an order on June 3, 2025, and paid CA$158.22 for a ring intended for my wife. The seller shipped the item using PDN Express, the shipping company involved in this dispute.PDN Express has not made a proper effort to complete the delivery. They are currently holding onto the package and have not contacted me by phone, despite previously agreeing via email to call me before delivering the item. This arrangement was made in good faith because my apartment's call box was not working at the time. I made it clear that I would need a call in order to retrieve the package downstairs. The call box has since been fixed as of this week, but PDN Express has still failed to make any attempt to contact me or deliver the package.This delay and lack of communication has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. There are significant delays with package delivery. The company has no customer service number or contact information for customers to inquire about their packages. I have 11 packages that are with PDN and none of them have been delivered. This company makes themselves out to be express delivery service. I was supposed to receive an important package delivered by them over a week ago. They attempted to deliver my package, citing that I did not answer the buzz or a knock on my door--however, they never attempted to buzz me. I have been attempting to contact them by phone and email daily since this happened and have not received any response. I order someone and PDN express is the local logistics that may package was giving to. It has been out for delivery for a week now and there phone number dont work and I have emailed a number of time with no response. ******* is only 45 minutes away and an 1 day shipping point. After looking this company up I have found that a number of people have had the some problems and there shipment get sent back or delivered to some where else. The company that I purchased something from over seas had contacted the shipping company they use to get an update and they have not heard back. PDN express has had limited to no contact in reference to delivery to my package. My package is thousands of dollars worth of money and they have held it at their ******* warehouse for almost a month. I have called their number and NOBODY picks up, you cannot leave voicemails either. I got ONE email response after demanding a response or I'd contact the BBB and they told me to stop sending duplicate emails. They updated the tracking to say they "failed to deliver" BUT THEY NEVER DELIVERED OR TRIED. I don't live in ******* yet my package is in ******* still. I ordered crafting supplies for myself and my children and my items have said out for delivery 3 times now and still not delivered it has been 8 days since they received my package. The phone number for contact does not work and they do not respond to any emails
