    Orderd two bikes to be delivered , no contact number or no one is emailing me back. They tried to deliver to a difference province now my order is on hold and can't get a hold of them to deliver to proper address.

    Company fails to get back to me to schedule a redelivery or pick up of an incredibly time sensitive package ordered well before the date it was needed. It is being held hostage at its final destination, leaving me 0 options to AT LEAST go pick it up.

    I'm waiting for a package handled by PDN express the 21 of July 2025. After been stuck for weeks in their warehouse, my package was indicated as "out for delivery" the 8th of September. This status was indicated on my tracking during 4 days and no delivery attempt was ever made. The 11th of September, the package was indicated as returned to their warehouse, then "scheduled for delivery" with no more indication. At this point, I fear that my package (218$ of value) send to me by Bad Crow Game with a shipping cost of 67,31$ will never be delivered by PDN Express, and that their tracking could be false and a scam.Their no way to contact PDN, they have no office adress where I could speak to them or pick up my package. I'm really worried right now.

    This delivery company is silent on communication. The driver mistakenly went to the wrong address for the first delivery attempt. Then when I reached out about it, they did not respond for days. The customer service phone number on their website is also not able to be dialled or texted. They attempted delivery again, but did not deliver again and showed no proof of attempting delivery. They did no call my buzzer number or my cell phone any of these times. Email has not received a response.

    I am filing a formal complaint against PDN Express **************** regarding their severe negligence and lack of communication in handling my delivery.I ordered contact lenses from ******, a vendor based in *****, who chose PDN Express as the courier. I provided my exact and complete address, including my unit number. However, once the shipment was transferred to PDN Express, they failed to include my unit number, which caused a failed delivery attempt.After contacting PDN Express, they requested that I circle my unit location on a map and provide clear directions to help their driver. I followed their instructions exactly and even went the extra step of marking where to enter, where to turn, and the precise location of Unit 90. Despite this, they sent another driver who made the same mistake and again failed to deliver my package.Since then, I have been trying to reach PDN Express for days with no response. Their lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. My package is now delayed well beyond the expected delivery window, and these are medical-grade contact lenses that I needed promptlyhence why I ordered them in advance.This entire experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and deeply unprofessional. PDN Express has shown a clear disregard for proper service, accuracy, and communication. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that PDN Express be held accountable for their failure to deliver my package correctly and for the significant inconvenience caused.     PDN express recieved my package on September 23 2025 They were to deliver it on September 26 2025 However the tracker shows they attempted delivery and I did not pick up phone or buzzer This is not true, they did not call me not used buzzer and our condo has a separate section to put packages which they have access to From September 26 till today they have given no updates to my multiple emails, their phone numbers do not work and the tracker keeps showing "Redelivery Processing in Progress"I urge you to help me get my package delivered, based on online reviews they take months to deliver and do not respond to customers

    I ordered items from ****. And PDNExpress got assigned as my courier. They failed to deliver my package and never attempted another delivery.

    On Sept 4 I ordered an item it was shipped out a couple days later. No problems most of the way and even made it to *******. Then on Sept 17, I received a tracking update saying that "Unable to Deliver - Incorrect Address". So I went and check my order to make sure I inputted my address correct in which case I did but maybe there was a slight problem? So I decided to contact PDN Express. I first tried calling the number on their site but it just disconnects, then tried emailing them in which I expressed willingness to even drive to ******* to come pick it up, No response. I've sent numerous emails yet none have been responded to about the ordeal. As well as, They hadn't even notified me about the package being undeliverable, I only found out after the Shop app told me there had been a problem with one of my packages. The whole thing is weird because I've had other packages delivered by PDN Express perfectly fine so I don't understand how this has happened

    I had ordered a package and got a delivery failure notice from them because the delivery was to a store location and the store was closed or the package delivery attempt was made after store business hours. I do not know if they are attempting to redeliver the package the following business day as I haven't received any other updates on delivery. I sent a message to their customer service this morning to have the delivery changed to my home instead. I am not sure how long it will take to respond or even if they will change my delivery. I have been trying to find any kind of contact number for their business to talk to someone in person, but there is no other way to contact this company for resolution.

    I purchased a controller from GadgetHyper (*****). The package was shipped via 4PX and handed over to PDN Express once it arrived in *******Timeline of events:- Aug 28: Package information received - Sept 2: PDN received the package in ******* - Sept 3: Departed ******* facility - Sept 4: Arrived at PDN facility in ******** - Sept 8: Marked Out for Delivery (no delivery attempt made)- Sept 9: Returned to ******** facility - Sept 11: Marked Redelivery Processing in Progress- Sept 17: Marked Out for Delivery again As of Sept 21, 2025, the package has been marked Out for Delivery for five consecutive days with no delivery attempt. This shows PDN Express is not providing accurate tracking updates. This package has been in PDNs possession in ********** since Sept 4** over **17 days in the same city** with no delivery. I have sent more than 6 emails with no meaningful response. Their phone line *************) does not connect, and they refuse to provide a Montreal facility address where I could pick it up myself. The seller has confirmed they will send me a replacement, but PDN Express continues to hold my package with no resolution. At this point, it appears the package is either lost or stolen, yet they keep updating statuses to suggest otherwise.I have also seen many similar cases shared on social platforms, where customers reported that packages handled by PDN Express were either never delivered or, in some cases, finally arrived but were empty. My experience appears to match this same pattern of non-delivery and misleading tracking updates.Note: I reside in ********, *****. The BBB form did not provide an option to select Qubec as my province, so I selected ******* instead. Please update this on your end if necessary.
