5 starsIn March, we began to look into receiving quotations from several organizations that install and service heat pumps, furnances, air conditioning, etc. Not knowing much about the whole process, I did rely on the three sales representatives ***** ***** ******* *** *** **** ** ****** to educate me, as well as represent their companies. Angelo was awesome. Even with my BS meter turned up, Angelo still came across as genuine, like my brother, and was highly knowlegable. He made me feel like we really mattered - not just as another customer. Then, the install: Patrick was one of those genuine, likable guys who knows, and loves his work. ******* *** *********** **** ** ********** ******* *** **** ** **** ***** ********* *** *** ******* ****** As they completed the installation on a recent warm day, for the first time in our 26 years in this home, cool air flowed from our vents. I now look forward to the heat of summer as never before, knowing our home will be cool and welcoming. And since then, the heat coming on in the mornings works great, and is much quieter than our old furnace. So! Long story short: I recommend Coastal Energy to you without reservations!Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsWe had a positive experience with Coastal Energy. Angelo was professional and had some very good ideas. He did not mind coming back for a second time to refresh my memory of a few concerns I had before the installation. His crew worked well and did a clean job with the installation of heat pump and furnace. Shelby in their customer service department has also been very helpful with the administrative and rebate applications.Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsScott was very professional, but friendly. He asked me questions in the beginning and actually listened. He was able to adjust the thermostat, so the heat pump ran longer in its cycle to provide better heating, and thanks to Angelo for finding me the best heat pump.Coastal Energy Ltd.

From Angelo's initial estimate and visit to Chris and Cameron's installation, and now to Scott doing our annual checkup, we have nothing but praise for Coastal Energy. 5 starsReally happy with this company! They do my annual maintenance on my furnace, and recently installed a new hot water tank and an AC add-on for my furnace. Their technicians are friendly and professional. Their advice is appropriate and I've never felt like they are upselling/pressuring me. They have always stayed within their quoted price.
