5 starsThe person giving me the estimate for the heat pump, Angelo, was knowledgeable, very professional and listened to my concerns. The installation crew were equally professional, obviously capable, courteous and friendly, cleaned up after themselves and very efficient - they were finished in about 4 hours. The quality of the work is excellent, there was little disruption to my life and overall, it was a good experience that went smoothly. In my opinion Coastal Energy values the relationship with their customers and will make every effort to fulfill their needs. I am happy with my purchase and the installation. I would definitely recommend Coastal Energy. I myself was referred to Coastal Energy by my neighbours who had heat pumps installed.Coastal Energy Ltd.
