5 starsVery professional in their services from initial contact through completion and follow-up of the work. Installers were great to have around the house. The installation went much more smoothly than we were prepared for. I wouldn't hesitate to have this team work on our house again.

5 starsI cannot say enough great things about Coastal Energy Ltd. Paul, the owner checked in after the install was complete to make sure we were happy with all facets of our air/furnace purchase and install. I overpaid by a few thousand dollars and the owner personally made sure that I received that money back. Integrity that is above all. Angelo the estimator is kind, knowledgeable and very professional. He is all about the customer and their needs. The lady in the office is polite, kind and promptly returns calls. The installers were punctual, friendly and very skilled. What a fantastic crew. I would highly recommend this company.Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsWe had a problem with our tankless hot water heater on a Friday. Jay came and looked at the problem that day and discovered it was a plumbing issue not the heater. Coastal found a plumber for us at 4pm on a long weekend Friday. The plumber was great and fixed everything for us in a hour. We’ve used Coastal for our A/C as well and they are always amazing. 5 starsI have been very impressed with this company. Right from the initial estimate from Angelo. He is helpful and listened to my concerns and came up with solutions. The installation crew was efficient, informative, and they appeared to enjoy their work, their fellow workers.
They were patient with my questions, and they were extremely clean. You wouldn’t even know they had been here retro fitting for my application.
I appreciated the follow-up call as to my customer satisfaction. I hope their work ethic continues as they do annual maintenance in the years ahead. I would highly recommend Angelo and his team at Coastal Energy.

Right from the secretarial staff, the estimator, the installers, the electrician, to the owner himself, you can see how professional and experienced this company is, and they deliver a truly awesome product.
The mini-split heat pump works flawlessly as promised. It is a very energy efficient and reliable model that is easy to use and maintain. It uses up to date technology, which allows for smart appliance connectivity. It simply works great and gives you please of mind that it does what it is supposed to do when required. It also comes with a great warranty!
The cost for the unit and installation is very reasonable and competitive and came in right on estimate!
The great follow-up call from the owner shows that he not only cares for his business and employees, but the people buying his products, their satisfaction, and their future service needs.
This is the company you want to install your heat pump and the other reviews will confirm this!! I highly recommend this company and its products!! (A+) (5 STARS!!!!!)Coastal Energy Ltd.

From the knowledgeable and friendly salesperson (Angelo), through to the efficient team-work of the electricians and installers. Coastal Energy installed our new heat pump and furnace in a timely manner, provided us with a comprehensive overview on how to run and maintain the system, and left the worksite clean and tidy.
