  This is a very good company.
  They came to the house in a reasonable amount of time and are quick to answer any follow-up questions that I have.
  The people who are sent to the house are friendly, professional, and helpful. They do the work and clean up after themselves. They explain what they have done before they leave.
  I would highly recommend Coastal Energy to anyone.
  I give them a 10 out of 10 for the quality of their work and the quality of their people.

  We moved into our new home with a heat pump that wasn't working. We had never owned a heat pump before and calling Coastal Energy was the best move we made. We found out that they had installed this unit and still had all the particulars of installation and maintenance. Very quick to respond and diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Even showed us how it worked for optimum performance. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Coastal Energy.

  They upgraded my heat pump at no cost because of shipping during COVID and have serviced it every year. The staff that they have is second to none, they are experts in all the phases and explain it all in a simple language that the layman can understand. Good work keep it up and thanks.

  We have had our heat pump for just a year now and love it. The installation with Coastal Energy was excellent in every way. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, professional. Angelo was the sales person and can't say enough about him. The staff that installed the heat pump were phenomenal. Our heat pump was serviced for the first time on Friday and Scott was great, friendly professional informative. Went over the remote features with us just to refresh our memories. I highly recommend Coastal Energy if you are installing a heat pump. It has made a huge difference.

  I highly recommend using Coastal Energy. From start to finish they were extremely professional. I now have a new High efficency gas furnace with AC to keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Even during a heat wave this company was dedicated to their customers.   My heat pump installation with Coastal Energy was excellent in every aspect. Chris and Santiago were very professional, friendly and respectful. I had 4 companies come to give me estimates and this company had the best brands and most value in the cost. Angelo, the sales person was very knowlegable and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend Coastal Energy if you are having an installation of a heat pump. What a huge difference in my home's comfort.

  Our air conditioning quit on the hottest day of the year. We called @ 6 PM and were contacted promptly. We agreed to have the tech out the next morning. Jay arrived exactly on time and efficiently diagnosed the issue as the thermostat. He replaced it in short order and even followed up with us a few hours later to make sure all was well.   Today we had your team of installers, Chris and Santiago attend our address in Qualicum Beach to install a new 9000 BTU Fujitsu mini split heat pump in a bedroom.
  They arrived at precisely the time they were scheduled and Chris came in the house through the garage which we had opened, took off his shoes and introduced himself to my wife and myself and shook my hand. He requested we show him the spot we wished the head unit installed.
  As I am a senior and tethered to an oxygen hose due to breathing problems I did not venture outside to watch work proceeding but could watch out a window or the garage door where they had parked their vans.
  Chris lined up where the inside unit was going the be placed, drilled the hole in the wall and screwed the base plate to the wall. He got down off the ladder, went to his van and got the vacuum cleaner and immediately cleaned up any Gyproc dust, paint or insulation that had fallen and then used clothes to dust the wall, the headboard of the bed near where it install was taking place and a nearby night table, the proceeded with the install.
  To cut my story short Chris explained everything he was doing, showed us, or my wife what was going on did a run up of the new heat pump and tested it and after that he asked if he could test the mini split we had you install in our front room in April 2019. He cleaned the filters, checked to make sure the remote control was working as it should, checked to output temperature and said it was working as it should.
  I looked out side and other that there being a new heat pump alongside the house you would never know anyone had been there. The yard was as tidy as it had been.
  I just want to say, that if you can find any more employees with the workmanship and public relations that Chris has, you should hire them. He is a great representative for your company. I cannot remember ever having anyone come to our house do work who was as courteous as Chris.
