5 starsI had a couple issues with a heat pump, not originally from Coastal Energy but each time they came to help has been a great experience. From friendly reception staff to professional and courteous technicians. Early arrival and respectful of my home. Will use again and recommend them. Thank you.

5 starsWe found Jay, who came to service our heat pump, very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient in explaining things to us. Also, he was prompt in providing information to us that evening when he was back at his office.
This year was the first we used Coastal Energy Ltd. and we are happy we found them. We will be using their services in the future.
Anybody looking for heating and air conditioning work should give Coastal Energy a try.

5 starsAngelo's knowledgeable, no-bull style and fair pricing was all I needed to know that I would trust Coastal Energy to follow through with the installation of our Fujitsu Halcyon system. His team of tradesmen, headed up by Devon, completed this project and showed professional, quality work ethic during the whole job. Delmar Electric AL and Scott supported with professional expertise. 5 starsCoastal Energy installed my heat pump two years ago. The salesperson who came out listened to my needs and lifestyle and recommended which unit to purchase. The installation crew was on time, neat and tidy, and efficient. They explained the unit to me well. The unit works well, my energy bills have shown a significant reduction. I purchased the 3-year maintenance plan. For these first two years, I have received a reminder to book the annual appointment. Scott has arrived on time, been friendly and efficient, questioned me about the efficiency of the unit and if there were any issues or anything I didn’t understand. The office staff is also friendly and efficient. A company worthwhile recommending!Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsThe team and service are top notch. I am glad you guys still care enough to provide great service to residential customers as opposed to just aiming for the big commercial projects. From my first contact with the office, Angelo's first visit, new furnace installation to the service today with Scott I have been very pleased with my decision to go with Coastal Energy.
