  From the get-go everybody I dealt with has been great. Angelo has been fantastic and always willing to help when I have extra issues or questions. Today on the service call, Scott, who has worked with Angelo for years, was knowledgeable and also answered a couple of questions I had. There is no question, I will always recommend Coastal Energy because of the people you have in the company.
  I recommend Coastal Energy to my friends and family.

  Coastal Energy installed our new furnace.
  Angelo, the rep, was knowledgeable and cordial. He promised that, “You will be completely happy with the product and installation. It will be a pro job,” I remember him saying.
  He was right! Jake and Cameron installed the unit for us. They were polite, knowledgeable, and considerate of the surroundings and tight working space.
  The furnace performed wonderfully for the next month. Then the temperature dropped, and it began cycling. This is where we were most glad we chose Coastal Energy. We phoned and Jake returned quickly and spent the time necessary to get the unit adjusted to prevent the cycling. We kept telling him how grateful we were for the time he was spending, and he kept reassuring us that, “This is all part of the service.”
  Anyone reading this knows that kind of service is not commonplace today.
  We’re grateful we chose Coastal Energy for their hassle-free service in a time when many businesses only care about making sales.
  And how cool is it that Paul, the owner, followed up with a phone call to see if everything was still working well. Joe and Cathy

  I am very happy with my new Fujitsu heat pump from Coastal Energy. From Angelo who answered my many questions to the service techs Cameron and Jake and the Den Mar electrician Al. They arrived on time, and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing. I'm happy I chose Coastal Energy and highly recommend them.

  Chris and Santiago make the perfect team. I swear they are brothers from another mother (LOL). They know their job inside and out. Their work was impeccable and made sure we were happy with everything. But what intrigued me the most was how happy they are to work together - to hear one singing (I think Santi) and laughing throughout the day, all while working in horrible weather conditions. They never complained once. Their energy lit up every room they entered. It was so enjoyable to have them here. My husband Pius was outside with them quite a bit, watching and asking questions and they had all the answers. Don't ever separate them if at all possible. They would work well with anyone but the magic would not be the same. I know what I'm talking about. At 65 I've worked and traveled to many countries and have met many thousands of people.   They have a great installation crew. They arrived on time, and each member introduced themselves and got busy installing the heat pump.
  Like a well-oiled machine, each member of the crew started working on their portion of the install and it was completed right on schedule. While Chris showed us how to use the new thermostat the rest of the crew was busy cleaning up the work areas and packing up their tools.
  The work areas were so clean you would never know there was work done there.
  Highly recommend Coastal if you need a heat pump or any heating or cooling work.
  Love our new heat pump. It's very quiet and heating our house great. Looking forward to it cooling the house next summer.

  We have used Coastal Energy for our heat pump installation and home maintenance needs. The projects are on time and on budget. We've had multiple years dealing with Coastal and it has been consistently excellent service. The office staff and technicians are professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful.   Everyone I have dealt with at Coastal Energy, from my initial quote to installation and follow-up, has been very professional including the Den Mar electrician. Staff have been very knowledgeable, quick, efficient and very customer-oriented. The installation was hassle free, and when the crew left I felt I had been fully briefed on how to use my heat pump and was given a complete walk around the installation.
