  During one of the coldest weeks of the year I suddenly found myself without heat. Coastal Energy took the initiative and stepped up when other companies did not. They went above and beyond assisting with the warranty to replace the relatively new heat pump unit, even though they hadn’t initially installed it. Where other companies failed, they made sure that I had heat as soon as possible. The technicians are knowledgeable and happy to respond to any heat-related questions or concerns during their annual servicing.

  I had a ductless heat pump installed by Coastal Energy just over a year ago, and I recently had them do the annual maintenance. I gotta say, I'm really happy with their service.
  The installation went super smoothly. The Coastal Energy team knew their stuff and were total pros. They explained everything in plain English, and they got the job done on schedule without causing any major disruptions at home.
  Ever since they put in the heat pump, it's been working like a charm. It keeps my place nice and cozy in the winter and cool in the summer.
  The recent maintenance visit was just as impressive. Coastal Energy's techs showed up on time, and they really went the extra mile in checking and cleaning the system. They even took the time to answer my questions and gave me some handy tips on keeping the heat pump running efficiently.
  Honestly, if you're looking for ductless heat pump installations and maintenance, I'd definitely recommend Coastal Energy. They know their stuff, and their customer service is top-notch. I'm sticking with them to make sure my heating and cooling stay in tip-top shape.

  Very professional installers, cleaned up after themselves. You'd never know they were here if it weren't for the fact that the house is now toasty warm. I'm looking forward to the AC in the summer. I'm very pleased with both the service and the product. 11/23 Follow up a year later, they came to service the heat pump and again provided exceptional service. I didn't have the pumps setup optimally for me. It was pretty good, but Scott showed me how to get the most heat into the opposite side of house and I'm even happier with the unit. These are really great folks, knowledgeable, responsive and professional.

  Very good service. Jay was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of info while doing the yearly servicing of our heat pump. We were also delighted by the good service when we had our unit installed and the continuing quality of all the staff we have dealt with. Excellent company.

  It is an absolute pleasure to share our experience with Costal Energy since they installed our 2 heat pumps about 2 years ago. Customer service has been first class but the beauty of this new heating or cooling system is that the units have worked absolutely flawlessly. Heat in the winter and cool in the summer!!   I had Coastal Energy install a new hot water tank and furnace. Corey, who is one of the owners, came to give me a quote. It was a very tight space and, instead of just saying let the installers figure it out like my first quote, Corey called another installer and, after a lot of measuring etc., they figured out how they would do it. Corey sent me a quote and it was quite a bit better than the first one. The crew who did the install were polite and kept me informed on their progress. They left the work area very clean and answered all of my questions. They even registered my warranty for the water tank. The next day, I believe it was Corey, came by to check on the job and see if I was happy with the work. I also received a call from Paul to check that I was happy with the crew and overall job. I usually get three quotes but I was impressed with their customer service and went with two. I would definitely recommend them.

  Coastal and Angelo knocked it outta the park. Didn’t even get another quote as I deal with the retail public daily in the tire business. Was great to be looked after the same way I have helped others for 40 years. They helped us get away from an oil furnace as insurance was becoming a big problem.   It is a company we trust and they make things easy for their clients. The staff is efficient and courteous. The technicians are professional and prompt. We love our gas furnace and air conditioner (installed several years ago). Our electricity bill has gone down significantly, the furnace runs quietly and efficiently and every room in the house is cozy. The air conditioner was used quite a bit this summer. We will continue on with the yearly maintenance program.
