5 starsWe had a Fujitsu heat pump installed from Coastal Energy. Had great service from all the staff we were in contact with, even had the owner call to see if all went well and that we were happy with how the install went. Very impressed and would recommend Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsCoastal Energy Ltd provided us with all the information we asked for, about the product, the installation and follow-up service on more than one occasion. We were treated respectfully from the moment the sales consultant walked in the door to the final clean-up and explanation of the thermometer workings. And that also goes for the front office staff. 5 starsI have always had great service from Coastal Energy Ltd. and would highly recommend them.
I was super pleased with Scott who completed our recent furnace service, as he was exactly on time, very personable, professional, tidy and efficient.
I can honestly say that I am very happy with all of their staff, their approach to efficiency, professionalism and customer care.
