5 starsA first class heat pump installation and an extremely enjoyable experience with all of the Coastal Energy staff we dealt with. Staff were very polite and efficient and left our property spotlessly clean and tidy. At no time was any sales pressure applied to us to move us in a direction different to what we were seeking from our installation. I am very happy to recommend Coastal Energy.

5 starsEstimator Angelo was informative, helped explain the proposed system and the Govt grant programme available, but wasn't pushy with the sale. Installers were experienced, polite and courteous and left the job site cleaned after each day. Electrical subcontractor also very knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Paul followed up a week later to ensure there were no issues or questions. Very professional experience from all involved.Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsAngelo provided us with a quote and explained the process to us so it was clear what to expect. We were provided several quotes from companies in the area and Coastal Energy were competitive and provided a heat pump system that fit our needs. The installation went very well and in a day and a half we were up and running. Jake and his partner were excellent. So far the Fujitsu heat pump is performing well and we couldn't be happier. The team was super professional and friendly, making the whole experience positive. The employee not only provided an accurate quote but also shared valuable information about various government programs right from the start.
