5 starsWe are enjoying our new heat pump installed by Coastal Energy. We previously had a gas furnace and considered adding an air conditioning unit to it. However, the furnace was 24 years old and would probably need replacing so we decided to look into having a heat pump instead. Angelo, from Coastal Energy, did a great job of explaining our options and helping us through the rebate process. Everything was explained fully and Angelo was always available to answer any questions - even calling us from holiday in Mexico!
The installation was seamless. The members of the team were very personable and professional. We have no hesitancy in recommending Coastal Energy.

5 starsCoastal Energy was amazing to deal with. They provided detailed estimates, answered all of my questions quickly, and were incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Angelo, Chris and Santiago represented the company so well. In this day and age where customer service isn’t always the best - a company like this stands out as way above the pack. 5 starsI am a returning customer, and again blown away with their expertise, and professionalism. They give you all the options available, and thorough explanations on the best solution for your needs. Their team is by far exceptional and would not hesitate to use them again. We had them do a complete ducted install of their Cadillac Gas Forced Air Furnace with On-Demand Hot water into an existing finished home. 5 starsCoastal Energy did a great job installing our heat pump in Oct 2023 and we left the country for five months two weeks after the install. When we got home we needed a refresher on the operation of the unit and Coastal was quick to send someone to our home to go over the proper operation of the system and check that it was operating properly. Coastal spent a few hours looking at my home, explaining the possible alternatives, helping us select the right option, expediting the installation and rebate process, and now completing yearly service inspections to ensure proper performance of the unit.
