5 starsWonderful experience getting a heat pump installed. During the consult, we were provided with multiple options at varying price points. Everything was explained upfront and there weren't any surprises. The guys who did the install were super friendly and helpful, walking us through the work they did and all the options available on the thermostat. Highly recommend.Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsGreat service. Technician did a thorough job and explained everything well. Particularly liked that he explained available products/upgrades but did not get into the painful upsell routine. This was just an annual maintenance inspection but handled very professionally.Coastal Energy Ltd.

5 starsI recently had a heat pump installed. From the beginning to the end of the process we had excellent service with everything carefully explained and reviewed before installation. The installation crew of three were excellent. They worked very well together and were professional and polite. They consulted us regularly about any placement issues and were very complete in their clean-up. Their service was very much appreciated, and we are very pleased with the product. I would highly recommend them.

5 starsWe recently had our oil furnace removed and upgraded to a heat pump in our 100 year old home. Coastal Energy was one of 3 companies we had quote on the job and they far than exceeded my expectations through every aspect of the process from the quotation through installation and followup. Their staff were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and respectful. Their pricing was fair and the quote was extremely thorough with ever detail laid out. We love our new heatpump
The install went very smoothly and they communicated each step throughout the install. We were surprised at how quiet the heat pump and forced air fan was inside the house in compared to our oil furnace. Our house has never felt such consistent temperatures even in the rooms with single pane windows.
I was also impressed that one of the owners followed up a few days after the install asking for specific feedback about each step of their process, each staff interaction and the choice of heatpump and pricing.
I would highly recommend Coastal Energy for anyone in need of furnace or heatpump needs. Very impressive!Coastal Energy Ltd.
