1 starI was pleased with the service provided by Jean P who cleaned and inspected my furnace for the yearly checkup. However I am very upset about the charge of $80.00 for two 16x16x 1 furnace filters. Last year I was charged $20.00 for the same filters. I know inflation has hit hard but to me this is price gouging of a ******. Incidentally, I checked the price of these filters with *** ** **** *********** and their charge is $16.00 each. After using your service for ten years and purchasing a hot water tank from you this spring for $2,803.50 as well, you can guess where my business will be going in the future.Gandy Installations Ltd.

Hi ******, our apologies for the billing error! It looks as though the price for 2 filters was entered with a quantity of 2, therefore you were billed double for the filters. Our Service Manager will be in contact to sort this out!
