    "Quick Shuttle operates highway motor coach buses without three point seatbelts either for passengers or driver. While unfortunately, the government has not mandated seat belts for older buses (only for those manufactured prior to the federal legislation mandate coming into effect), the company has chosen not to invest in retrofitting its buses without seatbelts." ...
