Purchased full version to post a video I edited to *******. After paying 50$ I was told I didnt buy the version with what I needed, I upgraded my account to the 10$ more expensive version and my app still wont allow me to post anything. This app is a scam.

No refund. Keeps Billing after cancellation. Web site links do not work. Support and other functions are AI generated. Chat is AI generated. No way, that I've been able to find, to talk to a human to resolve these issues. Reply's to the *** complaint's from Wondershare appears to be nothing more than a smoke screen. Wondershare Free trial means nothing, Wondershare bills you anyway. It's been a year since I've lost money to this company and their trying to get money from my bank through ******* on the original auto pay, my bad for not making sure ****** received the cancellation. Here it is one year later and they are still billing for the subscription, which has been canceled and have **** that I did Cancel the subscription. I've had to make major changes to my credit card and banking methods to stop these people. Something needs to done about this company

I bought subscription and did not use it because the quality is bad. They debit my card with next year and refused to refund Federal Developments: FTCs Click-to-Cancel Rule (Effective Jan 2025)The ************************ (FTC) introduced sweeping amendments to its Negative Option Rule, which now applies to all forms of auto-renewing subscriptions Affirmative Consent: Companies must obtain clear, separate consent for auto-renewalsnot buried in fine print.Clear Disclosure: All material terms (price, renewal frequency, cancellation process) must be disclosed right next to the consent mechanism.Easy Cancellation: Consumers must be able to cancel using the same method they signed up with (e.g., if you subscribed online, you must be able to cancel online). No Chatbot Loopholes: Cancellation via chatbot is only allowed if the original subscription was made through a chatbot.Penalties: Violations can result in fines up to $51,744 per violation.State-Level Updates: ********************** Several states have gone even further:********* (Effective Jan 2025)Requires annual reminders for all ongoing subscriptionseven if theyre indefinite. Prohibits save offers during cancellation unless the consumer explicitly opted in to receive them Mandates a simple cancellation method on any website that manages subscriptions, regardless of how the consumer signed up.California **** Update, Effective July 2025 Requires express affirmative consent before charging for renewals. What This Means for Consumers If a company auto-renews your subscription without proper notice or makes cancellation difficulteven if you havent used the serviceyou may now have legal grounds to ask a refund File a complaint with the *** or your states consumer protection agency Challenge the charge with your bank or credit card provider

Deceptive billing practices avoid Wondershare.I attempted to purchase Filmora on what I thought was a monthly plan, but the company immediately charged me for a full year upfront without clear disclosure. When I cancelled right away and requested a refund, I was met with copy-paste responses denying it.I have since escalated this with ****** and my credit card company. After reading other reviews, I can see this is a common pattern: misleading checkout, refusal to refund, and terrible customer ************ yourself the headache and steer clear there are plenty of editing software options that dont rely on sneaky billing and stonewalling their customers.

They offer horrible customer service. I will never use this company again. They just want their money and will scam it out of you. Their AI chat said I needed to purchase a certain software to download videos without watermarks. I even have the screenshots to prove it. I downloaded it, paid for it, and tried to use it. It would not work to only be told later that I had to purchase something else, and until I did, I would not be refunded the other software even though I never used it and did not need it.

At the time of purchase, Wondershare website clearly stated that the product came with a Cancel anytime within 30 days policy. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the payment of $154.52, believing I could cancel if the software did not meet my needs. However, shortly after downloading and testing the softwarewithin 1.5 hours of purchaseI found that it does not fulfill my requirements. I immediately submitted a refund request on the same day. Despite this, I received an email on July 1, 2025, at 1:36 AM stating that a refund is not possible.I respectfully request that you reconsider this decision based on the following facts:I acted well within the 30-day cancellation window;I tested the software for less than two hours; The Cancel anytime within 30 days policy was a clear part of the purchase decision; The charge was for an entire year upfront, not a monthly subscription.Another clause was, Cancel anytime.

I purchased Wondershare Filmora for my business specifically for the ** voice-to-dynamic text feature. It failed repeatedly 10+ times within 24 hours of installing. I contacted support immediately and followed every request they made: uninstalling, reinstalling, running diagnostics, checking network settings, submitting logs, and more. After all that, it still didnt work. Worse, the exported video had major audio issues, and the software kept reporting network errors despite a strong, stable connection.Their live chat agent told me: If there's atechnical issue that cannot be resolved even by our programmers, we are very willing to help refund. Well, their programmers couldnt resolve it and instead of processing the refund, they escalated it again... and again even offering a remote session with developers (which I declined after already losing hours on this).Ive documented everything screenshots, logs, chat transcripts, and over a week of emails. Ive held up my end. Wondershare has not. This isnt about a change of mind its about a product that doesnt work as advertised, and a company that refuses to honor its own refund policy. If you value your time or your business, avoid Wondershare. Their support is slow, dismissive, and scripted. Their software is unreliable. And their refund process is a maze of delays. This review is only the beginning. Ill be posting publicly until this is resolved.

I was going through a bunch of old papers and found a note I scribbled with my login to *********************************. I also wrote down, "Close it. Not free." Being a really old scrap of paper, I was really concerned because it's hard to keep up with all my credit cards and charges. I logged in and it appears as though I haven't been paying for anything as far as I can tell. But for total peace of mind, I wanted to close my account completely. After clicking around and failing, I tried the ** chatbot and it said I would have to contact them directly to close an account. I tried calling a number which said my approximate wait time was four minutes (and charges may apply). I waited much longer than four minutes, and nothing. So I gave up. It's TOO typical today that businesses like this make it impossible to close an account without having to jump through hoops and it's entirely unethical. On top of that, to attract people to create a log in, this is another example of how typical it is that they aren't clear that the service is not free and then make it impossible to close the account when I realize it's no use to me unless I subscribe to a service.

Terrible experience I was looking for a tool that would help me unlock a PDF I have so I could make the file smaller and I came Across wonder shares website where they were offering a free tool that seem to do exactly what I wanted. I downloaded the tool nothing worked, except for the buy Full version button. They had a moneyback guarantee image on the landing page so I figured Id see if I can get the full version to do what I want. I got the full version for $138.11. The full version didnt work either. The next day I requested a refund, they said they couldnt give a refund unless the software wasnt working. I said the software wasnt working. They asked me to take screenshots of the error messages (Suggesting that the only way to approve the software is not working is by way of screenshots of error messages?). Very sneaky. It makes sense that they have low rating on trust pilot.
