5 starsAlthough our Summit Mattress did not work well for us (too firm unfortunately), the return process went amazingly smooth. They were very understanding and great instructions on how to do the return. I love that mattresses (that are in good condition) are donated to charities so that someone else will have the opportunity to have.GoodMorning.com Inc.

5 starsWe tried so many mattresses within our budget and could not FIND THE ONE. We sleep on the edges of the bed because our son crawls in the middle of the night and takes up the middle of our bed :) so good edge support was important to us. From other known box mattresses, we thought we just had to spend way more money to get a good quality mattress. My sister recommended Douglas so we thought wed give it a try. Not only was it the best priced option, but we also got a gift with purchase (pillows, bed sheets, and mattress protector). And best of all, we finally love our mattress! Its sooooo comfortable, has great edge support for a foam mattress, its the perfect firmness (medium-firm) and were finally getting quality sleep without the ************** was very quick , we got to sleep on it the first night it arrived, and we are super satisfied. 5 starsLove the product. Couldnt be better.But have a problem with the dimensions of the mattress, specifically the mattress width. It is at least 2 inches narrower than the inside of our ****** going to wait to hear back from Douglas.
