5 starsGreat website. Fantastic offer on mattress protectors, bought twin xl and a queen. Quality excellent. Very comfortable on beds and stay in place. Thought it silly 2 protectors weren't shipped together, but hey - free shipping so cannot complain! All round good experience.

5 starsThe service is impeccable! I ordered 2 sets of sheets for TwinXL. Both arrived but one set was for standard twin. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the problem and with quick response, my problem was solved. They sent me a new set that was the proper size. We are more than happy with the mattresses we ordered. The mattress protectors are superior quality, as are the sheets. I have told people and won't hesitate to tell others that they will get superior service with "douglas". And, being a **************** is an absolute plus.Review fromDiane H

5 starsI absolutely love my mattress. I wasnt excited about the free sheets and pillow I got, however Douglas made it absolutely perfect by sending me a beautiful bamboo set of sheets. They are so soft and so cool and now my bed is perfect. No more sore backGoodMorning.com Inc.

5 starsWe're still in the honeymoon (breaking in) stage with our Douglas mattress, but already both my partner and myself are feeling way less back and hip pain. The only bad thing is having to get out of bed in the morning! The pillows are also amazing. We should have made the switch years ago!Review fromGarry G

5 starsI find Douglas products to be of very good quality, which I depend on, and I hope Douglas never flinches from maintaining their high quality and durability standards. As a side sleeper, their mattress and adjustable memory foam pillows have positively transformed my sleeping experience for the better and gone are my sore neck and shoulders in the morning.Review fromRichard S
