    I was originally looking to buy a used mattress for my guest room but everything I saw was questionable. So I went to the Douglas website A few times and ordered the mattress: very quick and easy. It was delivered only a few days later ahead of their schedule. The mattress has only been slept on one time so far by guests but they did say it was very comfortable. The pillows were excellent (for me, because everyone is different) The sheets are fairly low thread count, But they were included so I can't complain.

    Speedy delivery and a very seamless, easy process of ordering a d delivery. We live remote and getting out of town to purchase in purpose isnt always convenient. The mattress that arrived is perfect for our guest room.

    Thrilled with the quality of the Queen adjustable bedframe I ordered. I wanted to purchase a product made in ****** and not rely on ****** or other US companies to guide me. I have had an adjustable frame before, however, this produce far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the framework, the ease and quietness of movement are amazing. Yes, the product is heavy so people are required to put it together, but the instructions are clear and it took less than 10 minutes to set up. I especially like that I could increase the height of the legs which is something useful to me to allow for underbed storage. I will be ordering a split king along with a mattress because of my satisfaction with my first purchase and highly recommend this product. The only downside was the delivery guys who tore through the box but my delivery was faster than expected

    I was a bit skeptical about buying a mattress in a box, but my experience with Douglas completely changed that. The website made it easy to compare optionslots of helpful detail that made choosing the right one feel simple and informed. Delivery was quick (just a couple of days!), and while the setup was straightforward, Id recommend having a second ****** if you need to carry it up stairs.Watching it expand to full size was oddly satisfyingsomething Id never seen before! Most importantly, the mattress itself is super comfortable. Ive been sleeping great and couldnt be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend!

    We purchased the ***************** mattress. It arrived on time and in good condition. It can be handled by one person with a dolly. (2 people would have been ideal)Just tipped the box into the bed frame (I'm using an existing waterbed frame). Just cut the box along the length of the corner. Pull the flattened box out of the way.The mattress is compressed, folded in half and rolled.Just grab the shrink-wrapped end and unroll- it. No need to cut.Unfold and orientate mattress on the bed frame.Then carefully cut the plastic. The mattress expands. Remove the plastic. That's it.Probably took about an hour.The mattress is a bit firmer than expected but not too bad.

    Excellent customer service. I inadvertently input my email address incorrectly and ended up ordering 4 mattresses instead of 1!! As soon as I saw the charges on my credit card I called customer service. I got an immediate and sympathetic resolution. I had my new mattress in 3 days and I love it!

    After ordering the product the sheets and pillows were shipped shortly after.However after 3 weeks the mattress was showing in 'Error' status. I called the customer support line and talked to ***** D who was phenomenal. The mattress was received within a week of my call. They really do care about their customers - a great customer experience

    **************** has been excellent. Our second frame showed up 5 days after the first so I slept on the floor while my wife had her adjustable frame but shipping is out of your control. The second frame came damaged which customer service was quick to send a replacement but that one has a tear in the top seam where the frame folds. Once again this was due to shipping and not Douglas fault at all. I am still waiting for a reply to my email I sent with pictures of the replacement frame and box it came in. My only advice would be to wrap your product better because for the price I expect an undamaged product and Im not sure if this is a common occurrence or Im just that unlucky.

    I had a super expensive mattress and suffered from chronic back pain, and consistently interrupted sleep. I waited 3 weeks to write this review so it is honest and reflective of what this mattress offers. This is arguably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept in. I moved from my expensive Serta to an all foam CASPER mattress and neither offered any benefit. A friend of mine who was suffering the same type of back pain told me to give a hybrid mattress a try. This is the best friend feedback ever. I purchased the frontier hybrid Mattress from Logan and Cove 3 weeks ago and it is perfect. Not too hard and not too soft. Provides great support to keep my spine aligned and pressure point support. I now sleep straight through the night. My body is relaxed as soon as I am in bed, and my chronic back pain is gone. Thanks Logan and Cove. You will forever have my gratitude. Keep being awesome.
