5 starsOrdered a Douglas instead of the ****. Not one regret. Had an amazing sleep the first night and now its been about 10 days. The mattress came in 3 days time after ordering. Was so easy to set up and so comfy. Not to hard not to soft. Would recommend to everyone. Well be buying another for our daughter and spare room.

5 starsWe ordered 2 mattresses from Douglas , delivery was quick. There was absolutely no chemical smell and mattress was ready that night. We decided to keep one and unfortunately one was too firm for us so initiated a return. The return process was very easy (no hassles) quick, and the customer service is next to none. 5 starsGreat product at a great price! I was hesitant about ordering this mattress because I couldn't try it out in a store, but it did not disappoint! My husband and I share our king size bed with our 2 Golden Retrievers which often move around and change position during the night. We don't feel any movement from them or each other. We also both suffer from back problems and this mattress has proven to be the best for helping alleviate this.
