5 starsWhen I was suddenly hospitalized, we needed a new mattress for the guest bedroom 'fast' so my family members could take turns coming to stay to help care for me. Luckily, Douglas got our new mattress here in record time. Unluckily, when the mattress arrived we realized we'd ordered an RV Short (75"L) Queen ****** mattress rather than a regular length (80"L) Queen ****** mattress. "Not a problem," the customer service *** told us. "We'll process a return for you, place an order for the right length mattress, then send it out." When Douglas promises consumers a "365 sleep" return policy, they mean it. Our Douglas mattress is of the highest quality, and so is Douglas's customer service. Great company.

5 starsI just needed a new mattress, and by ordering one online via the Douglas website, the process was efficient. Within a couple business days, the mattress had arrived, and setup all on the same day as arrival. Setup of the mattress was take it out of the box, unfold, and remove the plastic wrap. Within a minute, the mattress was ready to sleep on. Overall excellent experience, and direct, informative communication all the way through.Review fromArchie G

5 starsI love my new Douglas Alpine Mattress, since I used it I dont have lower back pain anymore when I wake up. Its not too soft and not too firm just right for me. And I also love the freebies that comes with it.Review fromChad H

5 starsWe have never had a hybrid mattress before. We did research and compared in store and online models. We ended up chosing the Pinnacle Mattress, largely because of the comparison to the Casper mattress, but at a much reduced cost, with a better warranty and return period. We have slept on the mattress for one week now and are so far impressed with the feel, cooling feature, support and yet comfort. With hip problems, yet being a side sleeper, I need both support and comfort, without being too firm. Looking forward to continuing to enjoy the mattress!Review fromNigel S

5 starsHeard the radio ad on Play107, and went to check it out after seeing the reasonable prices. Instantly sold on how comfortable it was. Also excellent customer service when I called in or emailed questions. 4 starsSo far impressed. Were told everything would arrive separate and probably a week apart from the other. Well the mattress arrived first than the sheets next day than the adjustable arrived well before ************* delivery and fast set up. Very easy to install. I think the hardest part was bringing them up the stairs.Which my son did no problem. Than it was just a matter of putting the legs on the adjustable frame, opening the plastic for the mattresses watching the magic(vacuum sealed) expanded mattresses. And just like that beds were ready and really comfortable. Great for my back and I've noticed cool not waking up hot.Thank you Douglas So far so good.*** FGoodMorning.com Inc.

5 starsI absolutely LOVE my Juno bed. I bought the upgraded with the cooling topper and the automagically adjustable bed and fall asleep like a dream with the massage feature which was a bonus as I didnt even read that it was included lol so nice surprise when learning the remote. Use it every night. Loved this bed so much I bought one for my adult disabled daughter as she is in constant pain and the mattress and adjustable bed are helping her pain and her sleep.
