    Still getting used to the new bed! We loved that it was delivered right to our door and easy to install. You can feel the integrity of the mattress. Great investment! I was recommended by my sister, who says she gets all her mattresses from Douglas, so I felt confident right away, as she has the best taste in furniture and mattresses! Ordering was easy and straight forward. It arrived quickly as promised.Easy to maneuver and unwrap. We did wonder how ever would we be able to send it back if we didn't like it????? How on earth would we ship it once it was unrolled?Fortunately, we are keeping it! My husband finds it very comfortable, I am finding it a bit too firm for me so it's taking some getting used to, I think it will just take some adjusting.Overall, we are happy with the integrity of the mattress and feel it was absolutely worth the investment.

    Mattress combined with the adjustable bed gave me the best sleep in years. My only regret is I didn't buy a bigger size :-)

    I wasnt sleeping in my bed anymore unfortunately. My Aunt and Uncle had been mentioning their Douglas mattress so I did a bit of research but in the mean time still was going to different stores trying mattresses and actually came across a tempurpedic that I absolutely loved!! Definitely did not love the price though at $4300 before tax!! Decided to try the Douglas summit mattress and it has been wonderful and I am back sleeping in my bed!

    What an incredible journey I have had with your first class company. My initial order was of mixed feelings, appreciation for the quality however disappointed in the material that wrinkled. Since I reviewed the reaction, I have received nothing short of caring, trying to help and finally a complementary set of sheets that might better meet my desire.     The Douglas staff are so helpful, thoughtful & professional. We love our bed, including its quality & various functions. It was great to get the free bedding bundle with the bed so we could start using it right away. Very happy with the bed & the experience!
