      If you value your hard-earned money, time and peace of mind - Stay away from this company Bloomex. If I could give 0 stars I'll do that. I thought this was a good company based on prior transactions but I was wrong. Bloombex lacks integrity. I placed an order on February 13 and paid for delivery to a business for February 14 (delivery between 9-5pm). On February 14, at ****pm no update or delivery had been done so I contacted Bloomex to find out what was going on, waited for almost an hour only to get a mediocre one-sentence response and nothing more and was on hold for another 2 hours I had to leave. It was only after I contacted them that they placed the order status in transit. I requested for a refund because clearly it wasn't going to be delivered as paid for. Reached out to customer service multiple times but no response. I got a notification February 15 that it was delivered, tell me why flowers are delivered a day after the requested delivery date when the recipient is not even at the office.I wouldn't advice my worst enemy to buy anything from Bloomex.

      DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THE ****** RATINGS. Multiple times Bloomex disappointed me because I got sucked in by their advertised "affordable prices", yet every time I find myself paying more for poorly kept flowers that either doesn't arrive, arrive partially damaged, or looks nothing like the photos.I've contacted their support every time after the delivery and they basically don't give a c*** after the payment went through and shipment was made. No follow **** credits, or even a "we found out this is why".Buyer beware, just go to a ******* or a supermarket that sells flowers. Even the cheaper selections at your neighbourhood flower shop will be so much better.
