      Super easy to navigate. **************** was amazing. Shipping was by far the cheapest i saw online and the baskets were stocked well and reasonably priced.

      I ordered a plant from BLOOMEX Canada as a housewarming gift for a friend who just moved to *******. The called, but did not leave a message and then I received an email that without my permission they went ahead and made a substitution and sent cut flowers to my friend and charged me for them. I am livid! I called them and the agent said she would get back to me and hung up on me!!! From my online ordering experience as well as trying to get my money back, BLOOMEX is the most disorganized company *** ever dealt with a bunch of amateurs who dont know their left hand from their right! Ive emailed them and theyve offered a store credit. I am NOT interested in a store credit. Ive advised my credit card company and have ordered a new card. Now I have to contact all the companies that are paid automatically by this card. A nuisance! All this for a plant! Please include BLOOMEX Canada on your list of companies that consumers should NOT deal with.

      This is a ********** business. I ordered the Delicate Delight (Supersize) bouquet from Bloomex for $89.90 as a special birthday gift. What was delivered looked nothing like the advertised product - not in colour, size, quality, or composition. It was a sparse, mismatched bundle of weeks that looked like it came from a garbage bin. Imagine my embarrassment when this was delivered to my friend on her milestone birthday. I received no notification whatsoever about a flower shortage or substitution. They did not contact me to approve any changes - they simply delivered whatever they felt like delivering... which in this case was a completely different and lower-quality product without my consent.I immediately emailed Bloomex, attaching side-by-side photos of what I ordered vs. what was delivered. They ignored my messages, did not respond to my refund request, and offered only a store credit - for a product I never received.Thats not a substitution. Its a bait and switch.This is false advertising. Its deceptive. Its unethical. And *******, its *****.Bloomex is knowingly accepting payment for premium products, then fulfilling orders with whatever cheap, leftover flowers they can find - all without disclosure or approval. That is a clear violation of consumer trust.*** filed a complaint and initiated a credit card chargeback. Avoid Bloomex at all costs. What theyre doing isnt just bad service. ** ** ******

      Ordered 4 days in advance, the following day sent a message to costumer service explaining I needed the flowers delivered before noon or the recipient would be gone. They ***lied that they received and forwarded my request. The day came, they did not deliver before noon. I called costumer service the worker told me they could not guaranty a specific delivery time and that I shouldve taken the morning delivery option and hung up on me. They had 3 days to tell me that it would not be possible or ask me to pay for morning delivery, but instead they made it sound like it would be taken care of and it wasnt. The costumer service *** was rude about my complaint, before hanging up on me mid sentence. Would not recommend, never ordering from them again.

      Just a heads-up if you're thinking of ordering flowers or planters online especially for something important like a funeral.I ordered a supersized funeral planter in a white plant vase (urn). What was delivered was nothing close just three small plants in a basket, one of which had already wilted the next day. The sympathy card included wasn't the one shown on their website..When I contacted the company, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. Since then, Ive followed up multiple times and have received no response at all. This has been an incredibly frustrating and upsetting experience during a difficult time. If youre considering ordering from them please dont. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. Feel free to share this post to help spread the word.

      Do not order from Bloomex, they are **** artists and do not care about what you have asked for with your ordered. I have contacted this company numerous times with no reply. Avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and money. This business should not be operating they do not honor their promises and clearly dont care about customer satisfaction.I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Bloomex. I paid ****** for a flower arrangement for my best friends mothers funeral that was not only overpriced but also incomplete. I was embarrassed to have my name on this arrangement. Upon delivery, it was immediately clear that half of the flowers listed in the original order were missing.I have contacted this business multiple times regarding this issue and was either ignored or misled with false promises that someone would get back to me. As of today, I have yet to receive a legitimate response, resolution, or ********* is unacceptable for a company to take payment for a product and then fail to deliver what was promisedboth in quality and in service. The fact that my follow-up concerns were disregarded makes this experience even more disappointing. Businesses that operate this way damage consumer trust and should not be in business if they cannot uphold basic standards of honesty and reliability.They are **** artists taking peoples money and delivering nothing close to what they ************** your time and money and shop elsewhere.

      Placed order with local company rather than using an nb business, used an ns company Was told order would be delivered this morning No order delivered Called to check Was told they had to check and would call back No call back Called again, only to be told the order would be delivered on TuesdayGrandsons are in hockey tournament this weekend and have to exit hotel tomorrow morning at 11 so Tuesday is a no go Not happy at all Very disappointed grandsons that nana did not have a delivery for them Not goood people

      Horrible service, I have yet to receive my refund. Had I read the reviews, I would have run for the hills. They're Call Centre is offshore I believe. I will call my CC company for added protection. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE. Chose a reputable company **** ******** pay extra

      Awful customer service, Made order, 100 percent of the flowers were subsatuted but no one asked me if its okay, ballon was deflated, greeting card typed on coupon code paper thrown in box, couldnt be delived on day I requested (flourist then promised chocholates because date was changed), person getting flowere did not get promised chocolates (just candy). Bouquet was ugly, all types of colors and types of flowers like getting rid of the odds and ends. Chatted several times to complain and wrote to the email addtress given on the chats, received an email that was for another customer named ***, however my order number was on the email but yet they are stating to *** about address and items I am not aware of so totally order mix up. Wrote back staing they wrote to the wrong person, no responce, wait a few days, write again, no respnce, write a few more times no responce, wrote with different email still no responce. Phone cutomer service with the lengthy issue and this person was hard to understand, he was ready to refund me however he couldnt help me understand where and how the refund worked, I told him that I didnt want to order from the same flourist and you are unable to change or pick your own flourist so I asked him to ask someone to exsplain to me how that worked he said he would relay my message. Never got a call or an email. I am shocked that this has happened especially being called another persons name in a email about a totally different order and no one is reading my email. Never felt so invisable before. Will never order here again.

      I ordered a beautiful supersized bouquet of ***** Blush flowers for my sisters birthday. Not only did they deliver 4 days late, but they delivered a handful of wilted daisies. With a tiny foil balloon with no messaging as opposed to the Happy Birthday balloon that I paid for and the greeting card was a message written on the back of a coupon. I reached out to their customer service and all they did was apologize and say that what they delivered was of equal value to what I ordered and paid for. They will not accept accountability for anything but they were quick to take my money. They clearly have no regard and are incapable of providing customer service and they will not refund my money. I will NEVER use Bloomex again and I encourage everyone to think twice before paying for these con artists to provide a service. Makes me sick!
