      Oh how I wish I'd checked reviews before I used Bloomex today. The website that recommended them as good florists in ******* must have been bogus. This operation is a ****. Good luck getting through by email, phone or help chat. They've got my money now (***) and no flowers to show for it. STAY AWAY!!!

      Sent Sypmathy flowers to a family member who lost a loved one through SendBlooms. They swapped every single plant to something cheaper and colourful. False advertising, no customer service to contact, the sympathy card was printed on the back of a coupon to Bloomex, who I believe is the actual business behind the SendBlooms front

      Bloomex is the worst I ordered online last week a delivery to go to a family members house in ****************. I paid for same-day delivery. They never received it the next day. I called bloomex The lady was so rude Told me that the florist didn't want to do the delivery and that's it that's all and pretty much hung up on me. I called back another gentleman said I could get a refund in seven days and to wait for an email. I waited two days no email called back. The person says there's no refunds you could only get store credit. I got an email. I tried to use the store credit it now says expired I've sent four more following up emails and never heard anything back so I guess I've been completely ripped off of my hundred dollar order. I don't recommend anybody using this company .

      DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The worst company to deal with ever! They've entered all the wrong customer info (wrong addressee and wrong address). When you try to cancel they give you any excuse not to and 3 phone calls later the order is still not canceled. You can't speak with a supervisor either! I've canceled this same order through chat, via email and over the phone and Im still not getting anywhere.

      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!I ordered from **********, paid extra for same-day delivery on Sunday. The online store let me order it and charged my credit card. Flowers never got delivered, and only the following day, they communicated that they don't deliver on Sundays and are only willing to give me store credit. They took my money in bad faith, knowing they couldn't provide the service/goods I paid for.

      Bloomex accepted and confirmed my order, and charged my credit card. The next day I received an email saying they don't deliver to that address on that day even though they had already confirmed the order. They said the earliest they could deliver would be 5 days later. Since the centrepiece would be delivered 5 days after the occasion, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They refused and offered me a store credit instead. This company is a scam! They offered a service, confirmed my order and charged my credit card for a delivery that they don't provide.
