      Abhorrent customer service on multi-levels. Ridiculous refund policy (aka no such thing as a refund at Bloomex) Failed to deliver my order not once but twice, when I requested a refund (as recipient was no longer in the hospital) they refused. After repeated attempts to get my refund, I was forced to use an altered store credit and send flowers to someone else. I have used Bloomex in the past but I will never use they again.

      EMAIL SENT TO BLOOMEX - Feb. 23, 2023 I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with the flower order sent to my friend in hospital. I ordered Sweet Blossom in mason jar. What arrived is not even remotely similar or recognizable to what I ordered. She received flowers that were not arranged, just bound together with an elastic band and they arrived partially frozen, therefore damaged. The first attachment is what she received. The second attachment is what I ordered. I demand a full immediate refund as I do not wish to deal with this company again. (My friend from hospital phoned me to let me know something went really wrong with the flowers sent. This is both embarrassing and unacceptable to me.) EMAIL SENT TO BLOOMEX Feb. 25, 2023 Your policies indicate that at your discretion you may substitute flowers of equal or greater value. I don't believe you could truthfully say that the attached photo of the flowers that were delivered is of equal or greater value than the first photo shown of the arrangement advertised on your website. Secondly, the flowers arrived loose with an elastic band around them. That is NOT an arrangement as advertised. So, you are in breach of your own policies. If Bloomex maintains it's position and would like to argue that the flowers sent were an arrangement and of equal or greater value, then I will take an online survey to see how many people would agree with you and forward you the results. Please escalate my complaint to a manager or someone who is able to make the decision to immediately refund me in full, or I will take further action. Since the email of Feb. 25, 2023, customer service or a manager will not respond by email nor take my phone calls. BTW https://au.sitejabber.com/online-business-review?url=bloomex.ca is a site accumulating reviews regarding Bloomex and the site has determined the positive reviews were paid reviews and has since deleted them. I suggest the positive reviews on this site (BBB) are likely the same.

      Sent order on the wrong day for the anniversary of my fathers death . Embarrassing to say the least then dont even get me on costumer service . Still waiting on resolution
