Having to buy a vehicle is stressful. Having to do so after your vehicle (that you loved) is written off in an accident makes it even more so. After doing some research I found a vehicle that I was interested in at Brasso Nissan and reached out via email to arrange for a test drive. I was impressed with ***********************, our sales consultant (extraordinaire) right from the start. I'll begin by saying that his communication skills are exceptional. He facilitated the test drive promptly and efficiently accommodating our availability, provided the knowledge we needed to make our decision and was empathic to our situation. He negotiated the sale fairly and honestly and I felt that he went to bat for ** while still providing profit to the dealership. After all it is a business and they cant stay in business by giving cars away. After taking delivery I reached out to ***** to provide feedback on some small details and was met with sincere apologies and solutions by both ***** and his Manager (***************), not defensive attitudes, excuses or dismissal (even though we are talking about a 5 year old vehicle). I continued to be impressed! The showroom at Brasso is clean and comfortable and each staff member that we encountered were professional, attentive and friendly. The icing on the cake was receiving a handwritten Thank You and welcome to the family card in the mail from the General Manager, ************************* inviting me to contact her with any comments or concerns. Such a nice touch.I truly look forward to continuing my relationship with Brasso Nissan on the service end of things and for any future vehicle purchases. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership and ***** in particular to friends, family or anyone who is doing their research (i.e.; reading reviews) and looking for a positive car buying experience.
