Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Wisconsin is pleased to announce the recipients of its prestigious BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and BBB Spark Awards for Entrepreneurship. An independent, distinguished panel of business and community leaders selected the recipients. They will be recognized at the 2023 BBB Ethics Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 18th, at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee.
Since 2003, BBB has honored businesses and non-profit organizations of all sizes that meet the highest standard of ethics and trust among their employees, customers, and local communities, embodying BBB's mission to advance marketplace trust.
“The BBB Ethics Awards application is a grueling process, requiring the organization to analyze and communicate all aspects of their internal and external procedures to the judges,” said Julie Albrecht, Executive Director of the BBB of Wisconsin Foundation. “These organizations should be immensely proud of their commitment to ethics in their day-to-day operations.”

For the seventh year, the BBB Spark Awards recognize Wisconsin entrepreneurial leaders who demonstrate a high level of character and are committed to giving back to their community. The BBB Spark Awards aims to inspire young entrepreneurs to follow their dreams and continue to work toward an ethical and positive marketplace.

All winners will be recognized at the 2023 BBB Ethics Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 18th, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee. With Mary Stoker Smith from Fox 6 in Milwaukee as the Master of Ceremonies and Joel Katsma from Acuity Insurance as the featured speaker, all are welcome to register to attend this event to honor the winners, network, and connect with business owners, stakeholders, nonprofit executives, and other associates from throughout the state of Wisconsin.
