  Overall I'm very satisfied with the software, The price is very competitive, the customer service is very friendly quick and supportive, and able to solve my problems quickly and professionally. Great software for small/medium-sized tax prep businesses. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to start a tax preparation business.

  Well this software impressed me when I saw a demo of it from the website training videos. Then after the sales representative showed me what it had to offer, I decided to purchase not one year, but two years of the software. I also recommended a few friends to the software. I love the software, and the layout. It took a few months to get use to it coming from another software company, but it was a great learning experience. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an all-in-one tax package for a great price.

  I have used this tax preparation for several years. Whenever I had questions, the support staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to explain each step. This program is economical and very easy to use.

  I used to use *** software which is desktop based software and much more expensive than My Tax prep. I was hesitant at first to use a cloud based software, but I have found that My Tax prep office is not only much more affordable but easy to use, the fact that you can be at a clients office cleaning their books then immediately jump into preparing the return is so convenient. I have been with My Tax Prep Office now for 5 years. There was a glitch in 2022 filing year with the K1 import but I am sure it is resolved now, however knowing your clients and income it was easily fixed.
  I would and have recommended My Tax Prep software as a great product and easy to use. I will never go back to my old expensive software!

  Overall, I am very satisfied with the software. I like that it support several tax returns including for nonprofit organizations. The interface is friendly and very easy to use. I also appreciate that the software tells you clearly whenever a return is rejected and the reason why.

  This is a great tax software. I've used this software for several years and have had very few problems. Their support team is fantastic and usually any issue I have had was resolved within 24 hours.

  This is a good, affordable program. If you need to do business-related forms, that program costs more, but still a great value! They offer various trainings, bank products, and responsive customer service for practitioners.

  2022 was my first year using this program. I am not used to this layout so it is taking longer for meto get used to it, but i like that it has more forms that i can use to include in the returns when needed. I am still getting used to the program but i like it overall. 2023 will be easier, i hope so lets see see how it goes.
